I assume so since none of the local cachers or organizations seem to have known anything about it. The person making the coin doesn't appear to have ever even found a cache in San Francisco, doesn't live there, and is a new cacher. I think I'll pass. Hmmm... there isn't any type of guideline about that? It seems a bit odd. I've got German blood in me... can I slap a beer and a brat on a coin and call it the 2006 German coin? I'll pass as well.
