+pghlooking
I know it's more hassle, but wouldnt "pre-sales" orders eliminate all this??? What makes it a hassle? You give people a 2 week time period to place their orders and pay for them. you mint how many coins have been paid for pluys whatever you want to try to sell extra. You get coins, mail coins, and save the hassle of a night like tonight. Seems easier to me. Quote Link to comment

+stellarscapes
I had them in my shopping basket, had all my shipping information filled out, but couldn't get any further. +Team chelmo
Managed to get just 1 bronze and 1 Black nickle into my basket but before I could get to check out they cleared themselves!!! So now I'm empty handed and have to go back to work dadgum I hope they have made enough for everyone who wants these coins. Quote Link to comment
+islander1988
You'd think if they're sold out the traffic would decrease. I'm still on the shipping info page, can't get further. And when I just tried looking at my basket contents, it said empty. If I send you a copy of the shipping info page that said I had some, can I still get them? Quote Link to comment

YemonYime
I know it's more hassle, but wouldnt "pre-sales" orders eliminate all this??? Maybe...but it wouldn't be near as much fun! We've seen such a big backlash against pre-sales here that the community pratically demands the notion of first-come, first-served. There's really no other way to open up sales and keep it fair, so this is really what the geocoin community prefers. C&P could have snuck the coins onto the site and not told anyone, but they'd catch criticism for that too. Honestly I think they're darned if they do and darned if they don't, so I'd suggest everyone just continue to be patient as they try to deal with the demand. Quote Link to comment

+Hula Bum
If it were me, I'd just sneak them on the site, less headache that way. Trying to keep it "fair" just seems to end up being a nightmare for them. Quote Link to comment
+tomturtle
For what it's worth, I tried to purchase one of each, and I was only able to get to the page for the black nickel once and it never would let me add one. Pre-sales would be much better in the future, and if it's not too late, I'd still like to get the one of each. Quote Link to comment
