I have received one of the Highland Geofairy Coin's in one of my cache's and she mailed me to say she is sending me a trackable one

I feel very lucky to have been given two coins from them B)

Congratulations.... I haven't received any mystery coins yet... but am hoping

Does anyone know if this is a mystery coin?

Nope this is not a mystery coin. It was created by the GHOST/SWAGS coin group/ club/ whathaveyou. If you search for SWAGS on the geocoincollection, you will see the four coins from those folks.

He's a very Cute SLUG :) !

Those are some nice coins. I just started this hobby last week, I may have to start looking for these to move along/collect. Hopefully one day I'll be lucky like y'all are to have nice presents sent to you.

 My first mystery coin arrived today in the mail from

"2 Bring Hope". I don't thinks its an actual mystery coin, but it is from a mystery coiner so I posted it here. My daughter loves it...

It is a TG Bear Geocoin. What a great surprise when I opened the envelope and discovered this...

Thanks 2 Bring Hope for wonderful surprise, it made my day

The Wizard:

these are all awesome! the cache reaper was found in one of my desert caches - i had to fight off rattlesnakes and make my way through massive dust storms, following the reapers footsteps. it is one of my "keep-forever" treasures.

i haven't seen the wizard one before. is he blowing up the micros on the back? i hope so!

I have been very fortunate on the mystery coins, but most I got from eBay. I'm very thankful for all of them.

Mouth of the South - Cache

Geocoin Fairy Gold - Cache, eBay

Geocoin Fairy Silver - Cache, eBay

Geocoin Fairy Copper - eBay

Geo Leprechaun - eBay

Geocoin Devil - Cache

Geo-Sasquatch - Cache

Received a Mickey Diver in the mail today, the first via that avenue. I had pretty much given up hope of receiving one that way and was looking forward to trying to trade for one at GW7. Rumor has it that the Geocoin Devil may be at GW7 also. Will he show up at caches or at the event itself, I wonder?

I am glad to see my friends coin posted.

As an avid collector of Dutch coins, that would be an incredible acquisition for me! It would go alongside my Dutch Lion and Delft Blauw coins!!

The design is stunning too. Even if Dutch coins weren't my thing, I would treasure one of these. :anicute:

Mystery coin: 2 Leprechauns.

How obtained: mail.

Final Destination. One a remote mine cache (found). The other I can keep or I can place in a cache. I'll put it in a cache that nobody has dared place yet and let the Leprecaun know when I do.

Mystery Coin: Goofy

How Obtained: Redirected it to another cacher who needed a pick me up more than I did. The mystery coin person was kind enough to honor the request.

Sasquatch was the first, so it was the best surprise since we didn't know what a random padded envelope in the mail might be for.

Due to Nanette's Dutch heritage, the Lion is our favorite!

Plus 2 (sort of) mystery Pathtags!

I'm hoping that one day Geo Sasquatch will visit our rugged area and that someday Mickey Diver will take pity on this poor fool who wants to learn to dive but is afraid of water!

So how do you guys know which caches get a mystery dropped in them? Is there an official thread here that the droppers post in? Also, which mystery coin do you think is the most rare so far?

Hmmmm...there are not many Coin-drops in Germany, but i heard from some people, that they watch the GC-accounts of the mystery-coiners to see, which caches they visited.
