Stompy
Just had a PQ come back without any log detail, never had that before, i've just requested it again but seems to be taking a while to come through. As far as I'm aware there's no setting for this but definately not in the gpx file!!!! Link to comment
+beejay&esskay
I just noticed this on the last PQ I ran. Earlier PQs today had logs. PQ 4244355, run 3/6/2010 1:42:10 PM. (This is a "regular PQ", not route or bookmark list.) Link to comment
Stompy
2nd one run of the same query and still no logs, one that I ran earlier did have logs though Link to comment

+NOV8TR
Looks like I'm on "the list" too! I even created a new PQ just to see if some old setting was causing the problem,,, but alas,, still no log data. The "my finds" QP does not register my latest finds either, so I guess I'll have to wait SEVEN WHOLE DAYS before I know if that gets fixed ! Link to comment
+Flip flops
Me too. Happened on 'my finds' query. So I have to wait 7 days. I don't even run this very often but I cached in 6 new states and wanted to see the map light up. Link to comment

+BBWolf+3Pigs
My "My Finds Query" is messed up as well. Both FindStatGen & CacheStats choked on the query results. The good thing is my find rate is now Infinity per day! Link to comment
+tmitchh
I too do not have any previous logs in my PQ. Link to comment
+rtyrie
In addition to the logs, the travel bug data is also missing from the files. I ran a PQ yesterday and it was fine. However, the ones I ran today were missing both the logs and the TB data. Link to comment
+foam follower
4 new queries generated at or around 7:00pm your server time...none of the gpx files have log information not new news but i thought i'd add that info. as an aside, i used to run scheduled queries, but they would arrive at odd times and not all of them would be generated by the time i needed them in the morning (i'm eastern time)...so i decided to forget scheduled ones and just make copies of my "stock queries" when i needed them and set them to run that day...since they were new queries, they would happen "immediately" and then i would delete them...now i think that in addition to those steps, i'll check the forums before i run them to see if there are problems...that way i don't waste my 5 per day by running 4 without checking to see if there are problems...better to wait to make sure the hamsters are alive and conscious...good thing i keep backups. +kayak-cowboy
No log info on my latest PQ. I don't have a PDA for paperless caching so it really doesn't hurt me to bad. Although I do like to delete the last 2 DNFs in GSAK before I load my GPSr. Link to comment
+Semper Questio
Add mine to the list. Took me forever to get 2 PQ's for an unexpected trip tomorrow, then when they finally showed up, they had no log info. Hope the WAP interface is working tomorrow! Link to comment

+CoffeeFamily5
I guess Groundspeak has never heard of...."If it aint broke, don't fix it." I NEVER had problems with any of this stuff before the last site update. I guess I should be happy that it was only $30 I spent on this site instead of more. It's just sad that I didn't even make it 6 months before they started having big issues. Yes, to me this is a big issue as I don't have the time to set and individually send 500 caches to my GPS. Thank God I ran PQ's for all of the major cities around me BEFORE the update so at least I still have all the details such as logs, hints, description, etc. Hope this gets fixed soon. Link to comment
+MacDefender
Same problem for me too and GCStatistic also rejects this damaged(?) gpx file as there are no find dates and logs included. I just hope that they will fix this as fast as possible and reset the 7 days counter. Link to comment
+DENelson83
Great. Groundspeak børks FindStatGen just two days before I use it for the first time. Just great. Hey, here's an idea. Upgrade your system so that it can serve "My Finds" pocket queries as frequently as users want. Edited March 7, 2010 by DENelson83 Link to comment

Someone will post to this thread when they get a PQ with logs and TB information. I wouldn't bet on it being fixed before Monday morning. (I knew there were PQ hamsters. +Ike 13
Some of you need to take a deep breath. It is Sunday so response will be slow or nonexistant until the morning probably. I know it sucks to lose out on data, but there's no need to act like Groundspeak has a personal vendetta against you or any of the 3rd party stat applications. The download gpx file for individual caches seems to be working fine. So I'm guessing it's just a little bug. Link to comment
+briansnat
And the Groundspeak Lackeys appear to be eerily silent on this issue. Seems they don't want us posting stats anymore. If that is the case then they had better refund my $30 that I paid to be able to use all this "premium" stuff. I've got 4 lawyers in my immediate family that would have a hay day with something like that. You can't charge people a fee for "premium services" then turn around and take those services away! Let's just hope that GS doesn't make that kind of mistake. Relax, it's just probably just a technical problem. Besides, stats are not a premium service of this website. Link to comment
+user13371
stats are not a premium service of this website. But log info IS, and there is no log info going into ANY pocket queries at the moment -- not just the "my finds" one. But I'm with you on this one; a glitch, I'm sure it will be resolved, and no big deal unless it drags out for a long while. Edited March 7, 2010 by lee_rimar Link to comment

+Michael
Any PQ's generated from this time forward should have the logs in them. The problem has been found and the logs are again in the PQ's. If your PQ was generated before 11:28 am PST it will not have the logs in it as it was generated before the fix was in place. Sorry for the frustration this may have caused any of you. +Bundyrumandcoke
Consider yourselves lucky your getting any PQs. We are day 3 into a 35 day Geocaching trip, running PQs daily for the proposed trip ahead. Today, I have NOTHING. We are skirting around the back of Sydney Australia today, a place with literally thousands of caches, and we cant find ANY, unless we revert back to the old fashioned, pre premium membership days. You don't have over 500 finds, so you can just run a normal PQ with the options (Ive found) and (I Don't own) selected. This will pull all caches you've found except archived ones, which you'll have to go download the gpx manually. Link to comment

It's what I had to do, and it included my log as one of the 5 logs on each cache, even if it was not one of the last 5. Events also worked for me, the only caches that did not work are archived ones (you've got 9 finds that are now archived, those are easily downloaded by themselves). I doubt Groundspeak will reset your "my finds" query, I was giving you an easy alternative. Link to comment
