Well, finally! I've got the final pricing for the AGA coin and final artwork.

THIS IS A PRE-ORDER. Coins are not here yet!

 

The coins will be 1.75", trackable on geocaching.com with custom icon, and available in two finishes -- Gold and Pewter.

 

AGA Pewter Coins will be $6.00 each, and the Gold LE (Limited Edition) AGA Coins will be $8.00 each. LE Gold Coins are LIMIT ONE PER CACHER. Gold is a limited run of 200, and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Quite a few have already been reserved by local cachers. Any coins not paid in a timely manner will be considered unwanted and go back into the que for others to purchase.

 

Coins will be mailed USPS. Shipping is $2.00 for up to 3 coins, and an additional .50¢ for each additional coin beyond that number. Larger orders can be shipped in a different manner, and actual shipping costs will apply. Insurance is not required but IS recommended. International orders will have to add an additional shipping cost, depending on the location (usually $2 to $4.00 for 3 coins).

 

To reserve your order, please send an email to "aga_coin@yahoo.com" with your reservation and I will send you a Paypal invoice. Please include:

 

1. Geocaching handle

2. Real Name

3. Address to ship coins

4. Number of coins requested in each finish

 

Again, any coins not paid in a timely manner will be considered unwanted and go back into the que for others to purchase. Paypal and money orders accepted. If you prefer to pay via money order, please let me know.

First to post I ordered!

 

edit:

minor conflict of finish statements: The artwork says "antique silver" and gold, but the text says "Pewter" and gold

 

Supposed to be pewter finish (NOT polished/shiny), but I never received a corrected mock-up. Very observant!

Thanks :blink: It wasn't going to change my order at all. :huh:

I'm also glad to see it at a very reasonable price!!

Any specifics on what is considered "in a timely manner" for paypal payment? and are you invoicing ahead of time, or after they are ready to ship? If later, can we get confirmation of our our reservation?

 

I'm invoicing as I have time... work first, fun later! And boy oh boy, if sending invoices in my spare time isn't fun, what is? :unsure::blink:

 

I plan on allowing preorders for at least three weeks. Invoices go out as soon as I can send them. I hope to see payment within two weeks of receipt of invoice.

Just wondering what the status of the coins was, gotta know when to start stalking the Postman, LoL

 

Not quite yet. The orders are almost finished, but a few more have to be sold to keep the price the same as what was given. By offering it at such a low price, I may have given myself a headache... we'll see. It's just a slow process!

 

Please keep the orders coming!
