We have had this in the works for a while, but now that we have the art work back, we couldn't wait any longer! We have FINALLY gotten a coin in the works, and wanted to show you! The Lucky Lady Travel Bug Geocoin! There will be 500-600 coins made, in satin gold,shiny silver, and 50 will be made in another metal still to be decided. (These will not be for sale) They will be trackable, and have a Lady Bug icon. The front, of course, is a lady bug. The back shows a geocache, and what belongs in a geocache, but travel bugs? LOL!! On the final art work we received, the red on the Lady Bug IS red, and the green on the back isn't the bright green it shows here. They made them PINK!! Corrections have been made. The pink will be RED, the white around the front will be bare metal, and the back will have a lighter green background, with darker grass. What do you think? There will be 250 Nickel, 250 Shiny gold, 50 satin gold (for personal use) Ordering will begin approx.8/15 Ordering info will be posted as soon as the coins are in hand! CACHE ON!! glennk721 Posted July 26, 2006 Share Posted July 26, 2006 Nice to see proofs, Just a question / feeback, you make mention of only the white in the front removed, This may look funny or half finished, depending on how far you are into the next stage, perhaps the only colored part of the front of coin (ladybug) should be raised and colored and rest of coin bare metal finish. They will be sold through Hogwild, early Aug. There will be 250 nickel, and 250 shiny gold, sold in sets, for $17 per set. They aren't expected to last long, so keep an eye out for them!
