June 21st. Not because it is the first day of summer but because it is a day of historical importance. On 6/21/1955 the Northern Pacific Railroad opened their new hump yard at Pasco. (My anniversary and my dad's birthday were both taken so I had to dig up another significant date.)

Oh, tough day! Went after 3 after work. I found the first one, one that I hadn't been able to find several times before. Second one, after a long search I got a DNF. Third and easiest one appears to be missing <_<

I didn't even get half the caches logged. Only so many I could do before passing out from exhuastion!

I love DST, but it sure makes it hard to wake up the next morning! It'll be later in the day before I can get back to logging, sorry!

I wondered how long before this was brought up. I had my own little pool on how long before someone brings up that geocaching isn't a competition.

85 is incredible! I can't even concieve of it. I think most I've done is 13 to 18 in a day.

No, no- I didn't do 85 in one day! That was for the whole weekend. We found 2 on the way to Wenatchee, 55 during the CM, then Cathy and I went night caching after dinner because we were having so much fun and the weather was gorgeous. <_<

Then Phil&Cathy, Cruiser Guy and son, and my family drove over to the Earthcache and cached our way back home along the way. That all added up to 85. I saw a post from runhills that his weekend netted 97! We did 98 during our 2 week stay with family in Houston last December and I thought that was amazing then. This is one weekend! I've always been amazed at how quickly they add up.
