Still waiting for some people to confirm that all their info is correct. I am hoping to catch little errors now to save time...

If you already told me your info is correct and you are on this list...sorry! I am trying to keep on top of everything but I get tons of messages about this project every day and I might have missed you.

 

As far as trading, I suspect I won't be wanting to trade for more than one or two additional event coins (if that). But I do want to accomodate trades/purchases with hosts of other events if I can. So I will be keeping a list of hosts interested in collecting them all and will be in touch after the event to arrange a trade or purchase if there are any left. If you are interested in our coin, email me and I will hang on to your name (just make sure you get a confirmation response back to make sure I got your email).

Well darn, I just discovered this thread while browsing for info about a 10-10-10 multi-event. We hosted the GA 999 event and would LOVE to be a part of the 10 Years multi-event but it looks like I'm too late :unsure:

 

Eltada - any chance I can get you on the phone and make a quick selection for a GA coin??

Aww thanks guys/gals!

 

In case Eltada comes through for me, does anyone have any color combinations that they liked but discarded? I'm hoping if I can make a selection FAST then I might have still have a chance at this. Besides, I loved ALL of the 999 coins so I already know you guys have serious skills!

I asked in my event page for people to post if they were interested in their will attend log. I ran out of coins at the 999 event and I figured the first to ask should get them

All colors and designs are in. I am making 4 extra color versions that are shared and can be used by someone who wants to join late. Two of these color choice\designs were made by JackalGirl and the other two by me. Geoswag.com will sell any extras... the versions are:

do they actually say they participate in the coin project?

 

my listing clearly states that i will have 50 coins and for people to eithr let me know on their log or by email if they are interested

Now that we have gotten past what is probably the most labor intensive part for us, I would like to say thank you to Eltada and Avroair for having the knowledge, time and patience to put this all together in such a short time. I believe our next deadline is March 1st for payment, how is this going to happen? Will we be invoiced? I truly am a newbie at these kinds of things.

a regular event is no problem adding a coin and making it a part of a larger event creates a bit of stress.

 

Aluminum is the traditional gift for a 10 year anniversary, that being said, I am having to charge a fee to my attendees (required for use of the Observatory building) and would like to be able to give them something in return. Does anyone know where I can get about 40 trackable aluminum tags really cheap? (I am talking rock bottom cheap like no more than $2-$3 each) I am looking for something like Travel Tags, CacheKinz or Tagabondz.
