Have to cancel the room and miss the great event - and these awesome coins. Anyone willing to pick one up for a trade on a two toned trilobite?? Thanks and have fun in SLC. Quote Link to comment

YemonYime
The pre-sale of antique finishes is now open at CoinsAndPins.com! Click on the picture above, or follow these links: The antique bronze and antique silver are available individually, or as a set of two for a discount. Thanks for looking, and...Savor the Citrus!!! Can you believe that GeoCoinFest is less than TWO WEEKS away????????? Edited September 25, 2009 by YemonYime Quote Link to comment
+ZeroHecksGiven
So how many finishes are there total at this point? bronze, silver, polished gold and possibly one more? Quote Link to comment
LoriDarlin
Nice coin Yime Quote Link to comment

YemonYime
So how many finishes are there total at this point? bronze, silver, polished gold and possibly one more? Oh, I got all kinds of wicked cool samples! There's more finishes in existence, but I did have to narrow it down. The antique bronze and antique silver mentioned above are only available through CoinsAndPins.com's presale. I won't have any of those at GCF. In fact, I'll get my antiques when the rest of the pre-sale orders come in! ~anticipation~ Barring the mint shipping the coins out too late, I should have two polished finishes at GCF. I'll leave the other as a surprise for GCF attendees. Hey, you guys know me...there's always something up my sleeve. Thanks for looking, yinz! Hey, BTW...do you how BIG the GeoCoinFest event is? Here in Pittsburgh, it took a group of the world's leaders and the G20 Summit to top last year's event! Quote Link to comment
MrsJonesen
Order placed for a set. I love a good Yime now and then. Quote Link to comment

+2golfers
Put my order in for a set of Yimes. Now I must figure out how to get some of the GCF finishes. Quote Link to comment

YemonYime
Can't make up my mind, so who better to ask than the helpful and fanatic geocoiners of the Geocoin Forum? Please help me decide which icon to use for the YemonYime V3 Geocoin. If you'd like to vote, please submit a "1" or a "2", with one vote per GC ID please. I will award two very special versions of this coin to two lucky winners. One at random, and the other based entirely on creative reasoning for your vote. Savor the Citrus! Quote Link to comment
+BVnLJ
I would vote for #2 because it has "eyelashes", and the main focus of yime v3 is, of course, the girl Quote Link to comment
+Toojin
The Yime shape, of course! Edited to add: That would be number 2 Edited September 27, 2009 by Toojin Quote Link to comment
aniyn
1 Because I'm a rebel. And because it's much easier to make out the details. And a nice coin is really all about the details. Edited September 28, 2009 by aniyn Quote Link to comment
+River Cacher
I think #2 all the way, Yimes ( Hands ) Down!!!!! Quote Link to comment
+anne.and.eli
Two icons + Two winners = Fo(u)rum's oft-heard voice One vote + One yime shape = Two's my choice! Quote Link to comment
+Fiery Searcher
2 It's a nice 'un. Quote Link to comment
+cachecrashers4
Definitely #2 because the yime shape will be easier to distinguish amongst all the other icons Quote Link to comment
+kini_ont
There was a female on the coin, I hadn't noticed #2 got my vote Quote Link to comment
+DaFunkyFrogs
# 1 because of the design........BTW: by the colors, everyone will know it's uniquely Yime......Thanks for the cointest.... Quote Link to comment
+Jackalgirl
I vote for #1. It's deliciously, subversively, perversely round while the actual coin is yime-shaped and Ah likes subversive/perverse (and tasty) things. I also also get the sense that subversiveness and being perversely contrary are inherent Yimerican traits, so it reflects the overall cultural ethos. I can just imagine non-Yimericans saying "why the h#$! is this thing round?" Hee hee hee! <Plus, it's easier to see, which my old eyes appreciate.> You could always make the 16x16 icon yime-shaped so that people get a hint of the citrusy wonder that awaits investigating the cache in question. Edited to add in some yummy adjectives. Edited September 28, 2009 by Jackalgirl Quote Link to comment
+UFgatorgirl
i vote #2 to me it just speaks yemon....it looks like an eye that is always searching into the horizon.... Quote Link to comment
+BRoKeN W
I vote 1. Think outside the Yemon. Edited September 27, 2009 by BRoKeN W Quote Link to comment
dimkasmir
Definetely #2. Because 2 is the only even prime. That and the fact that the icon resembles the yime shape... Quote Link to comment
+Howlingmoon
#2, just 'cause. Quote Link to comment
+Chickahominy
Number one of course. As has been said, this coin is about the Sun Goddess who graces one side of the coin. She definitely is a Goddess and a mother earth person : -) What better way to iconograph this coin than to use the symbol in which the ancient female for the yoni. Number 1. Quote Link to comment
+WRITE SHOP ROBERT
I vote for number 2...because it WINKED at me. Quote Link to comment
acadiahiker
#2 It's eye-popping, as is your coin. Quote Link to comment
+PaRacers
We vote #2 because it carrys on the elements of three. It does kinda yook yike an eye - maybe that's where the yimikin strikes cattle to stun them. It certainly is stunning to ours! Quote Link to comment
+tsunrisebey
I like #1 Ok, this is the truth as I see it #1 is simple and I just like it but when I saw #2 it looked like it has a hairy yellow and green nipple which might actually be more fitting your coin however I'm just not a fan of the hairy nipples version tsun Quote Link to comment
+2golfers
#2 The Yime icon needs to mimic the shape of the Yime coin. Stick with the shape we all know is uniquely yours. If you ever make a round Yime then you can use the round icon. Quote Link to comment
+fuzziebear3
I yike ye yummy Yimerican Yime yike Yimicon - #2 Quote Link to comment
+The Moop Along
I'm not playing in the cointest. But I prefer icon #1. Easier on the eyes than hairy things Quote Link to comment
+AlliedOz
I like #1 Ok, this is the truth as I see it #1 is simple and I just like it but when I saw #2 it looked like it has a hairy yellow and green nipple which might actually be more fitting your coin however I'm just not a fan of the hairy nipples version tsun Nipples?!! #2 gets my vote because of Stephs comment Maybe it is like one of those 3D pictures, If I keep staring at it for long enough I'll see the aforementioned nip. Just to add... I doubt many that are fans of the hairy ones, unless they dig the hairy pits as well edited to remove a word that just confused the matter Edited September 28, 2009 by AlliedOz Quote Link to comment
+Crowesfeat30
# 1 Definitely # 1 Not into hairy nipples - thanks so much for the visual, Steph... Plus I like the swirly thingys & the Yimikin! You can see 'm better in # 1 CF30 Quote Link to comment
+ZeroHecksGiven
#2 minus the whiskers. Just makes sense really. Don't want people to think that icon is for some weird boomerang from australia or something do ya? Thought #2 is kind of eyeish like previously mentioned, so maybe #1 is the better choice. I'm leaving this vote at a draw. Quote Link to comment
+Mar-elendili
I like #1 better for the clearer definition of the design. Such a beautiful graphic needs to be clearly seen! Quote Link to comment
