I'm on the search for a specific military Challenge Coin that was given away to the troops in Iraq and Kuwait during a recent base tour by the music group Los Lonely Boys. These are exactly like geocoins but are not trackable.

Wow, I've just discovered some images of a Coin called the "Kiwi Nomad" I'd love to get my hands on some of thesem especially the Black/White or Green/Glow versions. Since I've made a couple of coins based on the Nomad template, I would love to gather up some others that use the format. Are there others out there??

i thought me as dutch girl i go order the new delft bleu coin but when i did that i was thinking do i like that coin...

well now i have it in my mailbox and i`m sorry to say ........

i DON`T like it don`t know why i don`t like it but i DON`T like it.........

 

so is there someone that wanna trade with me????

i don`t know or there are coinzzzzz with monkey`zzz but i will find it so so coooooolllll if i had a monkey coin...

Does anyone know how I can find out the name of a coin to go to the right webpage for it's activation code? I have a new unactivated coin and lost the website to go to to activate it and have no clue how to find the right one. Any help would be appreciated. The coin staes, "YOU NEVER FORGET YOUR FIRST" The thrill of your first find-The joy of your first hide.

I have a small coin collection that I want to liquidate. I don’t really want to trade for other coins but if you are in the Northwest maybe we can barter for lunch, a boat ride, or some such. I might trade the entire collection for a dual paraglide.

 

I acquired these in 2004-2005 just as Geocaching.com was starting to allow custom coin tracking on their site so some are untrackable, some tracakble at other sites (if they still exist), and some are trackable at GC. All are unactivated. I had to open most of the containers for the first time to take the photos. At the time there were less than 100 different geocoins in circulation total, I kind of lost interest once bazillions started to be made.

 

I would think these are rare given their age and limited minting (most were from batches of 100 or less). I feel kind of odd about the personal coins since most were gifts but I thought someone else might really appreciate them. What do you think are these desirable coins?
