I plugged it into the car usb to keep it charged and I looked up and say it was off. Reached up, grabbed it and it was warm. Garmin as everyone knows wants 109.00 to fix it. Was just curious if anyone knows what might need replaced on the board. It won't turn on at all. Thanks, Hiking Dude

I would claim FTF. Guidelines require that we sign the logbook. ALso no way of telling when the other person found it. If it was my cache, I would delete the other log. Simply because I require my logbooks to be signed. Also wouldn't be happy someone was writing on my cache. In the end you should claim a FTF and not worry about the other cacher.

That unit isn't a paperless unit. But it does show the cache names.

I have never recieved or found any mystery coins. I have hopes of finding one someday. The ones I would like to find are: Geo Sasquatch The Bell Witch The Cache Reaper Mystical GreenMan I just hope one of them might cache in my area someday. Thanks for the post. Hiking Dude

Thanks! Man it is amazing how fast some of theses coins sell out. But I know there are some that buy quite a few sets just so they can sell them on ebay. Oh well for me, I snooze I lose. lol If anyone got an extra Black Nickel one I would be interested in a trade or I would buy it. Not for what they would go for on EBAY though. Enjoy these types of threads. I will tell my story. On December 23 of 2008 a cat showed up at our door. It was very cold this time of year in our neck of the woods, so my wife set up a box for the cat to sleep in and a place to get out of the wind. She was also feeding it, because it looked a little thin. And she feeds some of the local roamers from time to time. She made up flyers and posted them around the neighborhood right away. So then on Christmas day I came home from work and the cat was now inside. It was just getting to cold for her (the cat) to stay outside. So we decide to keep her from our other 2 cats. Then were like we will wait a week to see if anyone responds to the flyers. If not we would take her to a shelter. Now to be honest I was like 2 cats is enough. And one of them we got from the pound. Plus she didn't seem to like me much. Well now it is over a year later and we still haven't taken her to the shelter. lol I have fallen for her. And at times she is all over me. My wife is like what happened? This is Spinks now. This is another one with our other rescued cat in it. This is great thread. Have enjoyed the stories! Thanks to everyone that shares! Hiking Dude
