No, but we have been in communication with the NZ GPS society with regard to our project. We are New Zealanders living in the United States and go under the handle of HexTheKiwi. As there was no official NZ themed geocoin and we wanted something that reflected both our background and handle we decided to go with the "Kiwi Geocoin", not the "New Zealand Geocoin". It depends on what you mean by 'cost of shipping'. Most coins I get in Oz from the US come "air mail letter" or something similar with $1.80 stamp on it. So, what does it "cost "?
