+Lemon Fresh Dog
Ta-da! (there is only one gold one in the whole-wide-world. I ended-up with 601 tracking numbers instead of 600 -- so I had the 601th coin made in the golden colour to see what it would look like. I like the finish I went with for order better actually. Cyclops and Son
What do you want for the gold! I must have! Quote Link to comment
+Lemon Fresh Dog
Hmmmm..... those scans aren't as pretty as I would like. The coin is WAY nicer in "person". Here's the "Sheriff Card" (the coin in the center is an image -- the REAL coin will be stapled or otherwise with the card) Edited November 25, 2005 by Lemon Fresh Dog Quote Link to comment
+Lemon Fresh Dog
What do you want for the gold! I must have! -- sorry. Like I said - there is only one in the world. It was created due to the extra tracking number and because I wanted to see the gold finish on a coin for my next edition of the geobone. I think I prefer the distressed coins: antique silver, antique copper, etc, etc (oh -- and just to note -- the TOP images are the coin we all get, the BOTTOM image is the one-off coin) Edited November 25, 2005 by Lemon Fresh Dog Quote Link to comment

Also -- I was very much assisted in the distribution of activation codes. When they arrive - you can retrieve the activation codes by visiting www.oakcoins.com Thank you nielsenc!! Yes -- I received help from www.oakcoins.com who offered to set up my codes on their site -- visit them to retrieve the activation codes. This sped-up shipping more than you can believe! All the new shipments have a little slip of paper to this effect -- you were on the "beta" team and got your shipped earliest hence, no little paper -- I figured the first few folks would e-mail me. +Lemon Fresh Dog
Over 90% of the coins have been shipped. I had to go buy some more mailers and print some more sherrif cards. The initial batch went out from the Columbus, Ohio airport when I was there on business (these are in hard cardboard CD mailers and should have reached their various destinations). I tried to select mostly eastern US destinations (heartland too). The large orders I had with me had to come back to Canada because of security -- you cannot drop small packages in the airport mail slots -- only envelop sized packages. (anyone in the US need some $1 stamps! - I had these posted and now am stuck with a strip of stamps) The next batch were for all our European friends. These all had to be specially wieghed at the Post Office as the rates vary by quite a lot. Besides -- I just wanted to get them on the way because they take so much longer. The third batch went out the next day -- basically everyone that ordered 6 or less. These fit into the padded envelop mailers. Some of the larger orders are out (30 coins, 27 coins, etc, etc) The only ones left are a couple of folks that ordered 10+ coins -- this is because I had to get little boxes to mail them -- they are now ready to fly on Monday. +Lemon Fresh Dog
I missed out on this one. Is there anyway I can still buy one from you? Yup. I have a few left -- you can have one of mine. You can either buy one or if you want I'd still very much like to trade for one of your personal coins. I have a raven, I do not have your other coin. If I were able to get one that would be great. If you did trade for a second raven, I would save it until I visited the west coast of Canada and place it in one of my very remote "Woss" caches. Same for anyone else -- hang tight until this afternoon when I get my collection back on the web - then I'll have some red-handed coins to trade for ones I do not have (and I stopped buying coins several weeks ago -- so there are plently I do not have!) +Lemon Fresh Dog
If you ordered less than 6 the answer is yes. Otherwise, there are a couple more that need to go out (like maybe 4-8 packages). I think I can remember your "real" name from previous trades and am pretty confident that they are on the way to you in the ones I sent out last week and the week prior (it's funny how the same names keep coming up).
