I just have no idea how to upload a photo... Tinfoil When you are on your log for a cache page, there is an option to upload a photo. I upload them there and then open the picture in a new window to get the url for it. Then when posting, you select the little button that says IMG on it and then paste the picture URL. that photo came from this cache page. Quote Link to comment

+duganrm
This just in! A new cache just approved on the Bear Valley Loop called Rudolph! for those that wondered, this is how we know Rudolph should not be climbed on. I blame Blonds Run Amuck for suggesting it! Please, nobody else try this as it will probably bring poor Rudolph down. Quote Link to comment

Here's a little known secret (or maybe widely known) - you can also delete the photo from the log and it'll still show up here (they never actually get deleted from the server, it seems). I just upload all my photos to our own cache and then delete them as soon as I capture the URL. Quote Link to comment

I think it would work with any log - on any cache (assuming you can delete photos you've uploaded to them), even your profile. I think it's great because I've probably posted a hundred photos by now! Tinfoil Speaking of the hike on Saturday. I got it all figured out! We'll meet at Discovery Lake at 8AM. Then we'll hike up and hit GC81B, GCMRY0 and GCMM6Q on the way up. Then we'll head up to GC140 on the top and enjoy the view! After that we'll continue on to GCMT5G and GCMTAT. Then we take the lower trail back to Discovery Lake. * It's about 5 miles roundtrip. +RocketMan
I like how you can see the driver's arm in the picture. That's a cool shot. This is my favorite reflection shot. I had the GPS hanging on the windshield and took a picture looking forward. The reflection is my hand on the camera. I used this image as my avatar for a long time. Note: The image is the original. No Photoshopping invloved. Edit: Also note that this shot we not intentional. I was just taking a picture of my GPS on the window. I didn't notice the fingers until I looked at the pictures on the computer. It was kind of scary. RM Edited December 10, 2005 by RocketMan Quote Link to comment
