+FlagMan
Well, this actually took place last weekend, but I just uploaded pics today! Here are a couple of shots of my two kids, and one of my grandkids, clowning around on the way to The Eye of an Eagle last weekend. Two are your KIDS and one is a GRANDCHILD?? Reminds me of that old Dr. D song, I am my own grandpa... Quote Link to comment

Reminds me of that old Dr. D song, I am my own grandpa... Now I feel really old because people around my age have grandchildren. But I shouldn't feel too bad because back in the Midwest I knew a couple of grandparents that were only 35! But the winter's back there are very long and very cold! P.S. Cute kids C4! Here are a couple of shots of my two kids, and one of my grandkids, clowning around on the way to The Eye of an Eagle last weekend. Two are your KIDS and one is a GRANDCHILD?? Reminds me of that old Dr. D song, I am my own grandpa... Yeah, I guess it would help to explain a bit... The two on the left are the two kids that help us add up to C4! My wife had 4 children when we met, and she is 5 years older than I am. The oldest boy is 30, and the other 3 range down to 24 years old. All of them are married, and all have kids. The girl on the left is one of the older boys' step-daughter. Counting her, I have nine kids calling me grandpa! I told my wife we should be living in a trailerpark somewhere in Oklahoma...I'm sure I just offended someone. Quote Link to comment

+TrailGators
This just in.....baby on the loose and she's eating GPSr's !!! That was such a great photo I updated the cache page for Clevenger Canyon cache! I was thinking about making the GPS in the mouth a requirement to log the virtual cache! * I thought about converting this cache to a traditional cache since they now allow caches in the park (if you apply) but then thought it would be cool to keep it as a virtual since they are now a relic on GC.com. Plus, I honestly don't think having a tupperware container up there would make the awesome hike any more rewarding...... Quote Link to comment

+RocketMan
This Just In - I picked a bit of San Diego today here in Colorado Way back in September of 2003, I hosted an event cache along with Splashette and Ruscal. We colleted a ton of swag and travel bugs that we placed in the event Memorial Cache. I had the honor of grabbing all of the travel bugs and placing them into the Memorial Cache when we went out and placed it. The SD Rowdies had three horseshoe travel bugs in the cache, one from each of their horses (I believe). Today, I saw that Shalla's Horseshoe had made it to the Denver area, so I ran out there and picked it up. It's funny to have this travel bug back in hand after it has travesed the ocean twice. Me with the Cache and Shalla's Shoe (Note Mrs. Rocket Man's New Cachemobile in the photo - For those that knew Mrs4X4, she is gone ) Closeup of Shalla's Horseshoe Quote Link to comment

+SD Rowdies
This just in .... Another webcam photo session. They left me at home so's I could be their cameraman. It's tough being the junior member of the Geobabes. A little know fact is that to become a full-fledged Geobabe I must undergo a sex-change operation. Frankly I'm a bit worried about that. My first appointment with Dr. Loppitoff the surgeon is next week. I'm not sure why but he always laughs hysterically when he says his name. Still I am determined to look on the bright side of things. I understand that one can sell just about anything on eBay. If so then I'll also become an eBabe, yes? Edited February 7, 2006 by SD Rowdies Quote Link to comment

+splashman
Urban caches??? Our 'urban caches' in Pasadena consisted of a 4.36 mile hike doing the Lower Arroyo Caching Trail! Since parking is pretty much non-existant in Pasadena, we had to walka long ways doing the few truly urban caches we did! We had a great time tho! Oh, and the Glendale/Pasadena area is 3+hours seat time from here one way! We hitch a ride with The Vulture, drop him off at his office there, swipe the car, and go caching! -ette Quote Link to comment
