Broncoholics Posted February 12, 2004 Posted February 12, 2004 Ever since I changed my negative attitude to a positive one, I have been looking for an avatar. A geocaching member said they like this one, but Chi is gone and I'm not sure I want to keep looking at him. So I don't think this would be cool. So just for chits and giggles, I think it would be interesting to see what you members come up with. Please keep it clean, and remember that there are kids watching, and maybe even some newbies. I will consider all avatars that are submitted. Thanks for being so helpful and I can't wait to see what you guys come up with!!!! D
Broncoholics Posted February 13, 2004 Author Posted February 13, 2004 How about this one??????nahhhhhhh........
SBPhishy Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 Can you, and if so, how do you, use an animated avatar, from an animated gif file?

+welch Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 (edited) Can you, and if so, how do you, use an animated avatar, from an animated gif file? Have you seen anyone with an animated avatar? e/ This is 1of2 of what google relates to your user Edited February 13, 2004 by welch

+The Cheeseheads Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 Have you seen anyone with an animated avatar? Lordy, can you imagine what this place would look like if we could use animated GIFs?
+welch Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 Have you seen anyone with an animated avatar? Lordy, can you imagine what this place would look like if we could use animated GIFs? Yes kinda. It would be ok at first, with a flashing pumpkin or maze from time to time, but then it would get nuts and need to be cut off. UP, I did an image search on google for "upinyachit", and it came up with two pictures. That one, and one with two women in the woods
+archaeor Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 Funny thing is, I could upload an animated .gif avitar to my profile . . . but I can't use it . . . Huh! http://img.Groundspeak.com/user/195173_600.gif Oh well . . .
AC Student Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 I'd suggest something associated with your user name, but in the case of upinyachit the images that come to mind are a little scary.
+robert Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 I was thinking you might wanna use the M-80 guy from Sparky's website.

I mean...sheesh! Upinyachit? How do you explain that to a child? Maybe if you really DID turn over a new leaf and go from negative to positive..... Well chose your own avatar, and have fun caching! Og way off topic and not to start a church going flame topic. religion has nothing to do with it. if there is a "GOD", i am sure he will understand someone enjoying his creations and worshiping HIM by being out in the great outdoors looking for a tupperware container on a beautiful day just as much as being in church. if he is everywhere, then anywhere and anytime to worship him should be just fine.
+SeventhSon Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 ... explanation to child ... "Well, he's from a town way up north called Yachit (pronounced YEA chit) so he's 'Up In Yachit'" 7

uperdooper Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 (edited) just chalk it up to the fact that i got a new computer, and i can't handle the stress of all the updates and firewalls and stuff. the morel mushroom and leek cheese i just bought isn't helping either. yum! +Runaround Posted February 13, 2004 Posted February 13, 2004 Someone should go find Rubbertoe and poke him with a stick. This topic is perfect for him. Remember the dancing banana and winking toe? Didn't he have a clown phobia as well?
