+TJ-Tigger
With the Boring Log entries thread going around I thought it would be good to have the fun ones with their own topic as well. Last night I went on a my Cinco de Mayo Critter Caching Adventure. I had fun with my logs and you can read starting at Right Side of the Tracks Let me know what you think of the logs. +bitbrain
JamieZ's PaterQuest logs are great -- especially the one where he meets the deer while his tape recorder is running. Salvo had an interesting adventure at Lorance Trail Cache Quote Link to comment
+Jamie Z
Thanks for the plug, BB... And I have to agree, Salvo's razorback log has to be one of the funniest I read. I had the pleasure of Salvo describing to me the hunt on the phone shortly after his hunt. I still say its a no-find. Jamie Quote Link to comment
+briansnat
My Bridge at Remagen log was funny (see March 20th), looking back. At the time, I wasn't enjoying myself. "It has been my experience that folks who have no vices have very few virtues" -Abraham Lincoln Quote Link to comment

+Team_J
Thanks for the plug, Snoogans. Another one with few finds has some interesting logs - Jean's Rice - GC2407 Here is my log: One if by land, two if by sea. I walked halfway across the Creek and got weak in the knee. Next I checked tax maps to tell private property from not, and set off on foot to log this one without getting shot. Snuck into a park that hasn't been built yet, and traipsed through the woods to the place that was wet. Spooked two on horseback and got questioned a lot. Cause I thought I should be there, and they thought I should not. Arrived at the cache to find some ShortyPens, a doll and car. T/L Nothing, as I forgot trades after walking so far. I opened the book and glanced at the log, and saw it's been a year since the visit from Trog. Went back for my car. If it had been ticketed, I'd be ****ed. Man am I glad to get Jean's Rice off of my list. quote:Originally posted by Snoogans: Check out Deserted Islands by SigJ (GCE8E0) Those logs are interesting and fun. +Huntnlady
You folks haven't seen anything fun until you check out the log entries of Geocacher Oregone. His "Soapy Boy" has got to be one of the funniest ones ever. I'm putting them all one a page on my web site, but right now I've got to go wash my truck before going out to Benecia at low tide and getting a FTF. Reading Oregone's logs has taught me the meaning of creative writing in logs, so from now on my logs are not just going to be Took This Left That Thanks For The Cache. +smithdw
Oregone's log entries will ususally have nothing to do with the cache he's posting on. I think he's either really looney, or a genius. I've met him and LaurenCat and I still can't decide. Actually, he's a pretty good guy. Just a little warped on his log entries. Almost forgot, I have one of their CD's that they left in a cache, the music on it is pretty strange too.
