+Snoogans
Have you ever taken a look at a cache page or hunted a cache just because it had a title that caught your eye? I do it all the time. I read about this one in the forums awhile back. Here's my entry for the clever title catagory: No Wetht Fow You, Athol Here's one I found a long time ago that always struck me as funny: Boobie Girdlebuns This title looked interesting and that was reason enough to hunt it. I DNF'd the cache but found a really cool spot. Next time I'm In Big Sur, I plan to camp nearby: Albino Sempervirens What are some of the titles you like best or have caught your eye? +catsnfish
Some of my favorites: I'll Take a Stab... The Hides of March Herb En Guarde' Bluebottle, Brownbottle Flew Wait for You The last 3 are from a series where the title and description would hint at what was guarding the cache. +hikemeister
I like the name 'Quantum Leap' but I think the guy who hid it is a bit odd. How's it going over there in Texas!? Edited July 30, 2008 by hikemeister Quote Link to comment
+the hermit crabs
I first saw this one posted by zoltig in the "Oddly Named Caches" thread a couple of years ago. It's still quite memorable: Mother Nature's Wardrobe Malfunction Quote Link to comment
Mr.Yuck
GIT-R-DUMB Burning Micro IV Wilfrod Brimley's Diabetic Nickel Exchange Can't believe you missed this one from your area. I've never even found it, I had it on the agenda when I was in town, but never made it. It's and Frick Park in Pittsburgh, Pa. and it's called: This is thefrickinpitts Quote Link to comment
+Smokey Bear Collector
Little kids seem to like the one I've named "Doggy Pee World" which is located in an experimental forest for tree growth testing. Kids think the name is funny. It's open to the public and anyone and everyone in town who owns a dog takes it there to walk. Sooo many dogs and sooo many trees!! Quote Link to comment
+IBcrashen
I copied this puzzle with cache owners permission. White Haired Ladies with Large Daubers Quote Link to comment
+KBI
This one gets my vote for coolest cache title: Untitled - Metal and trinkets on wood, 2006 Read the description for the full effect. Quote Link to comment
+hikemeister
We have a cache in a very old cemetery with many confederate soldier graves. Our initial idea for a name was 'Graveyard Shift' because it is a multi-stage cache, but we settled on 'Dead Reckoning.' We are soon going to place another multi in an area of town that has a series of nice statues representing each planet and the sun, placed along a 1 mile stretch of local highway. My idea for a cache name is 'Solar Perplexus' but my wife, who does not geocache, said this is too much a highbrow name, and that we should call it 'Find Uranus.' Quote Link to comment
+The Broylers
How about this one: "I Cedar Big Ones". Quote Link to comment

golfgunny
Here in Japan, there is what is known as "love motels." Since most households have three or more generations living in close quarters, young couples will often spend a couple hours at a "love motel" to...um...do stuff. Someone decided to hide a few caches in close proximity to these establishments, and called the series the "Boogie Nights Series." Boogie Nights Cache Quote Link to comment
