zazth
We just got our December Coin club coins from Oakcoins and WOW! Really like the December coin this year. Of course it came with the matching pin, a non trackable coin, a free die art coin AND an OakBuck???? What is an Oak Buck? Checked the website listed on the coin but no further info provided as of yet. Anyboby know anything? Link to comment
intolerable
I recently received an order from Geoswag that had an OakBuck also and was wondering what it was also. Had no idea so much came with that club coin though. mightyzinn has expressed interest in it so glad that you mentioned that too :-) Link to comment
zazth
Normally the monthly is only the coin and a matching pin. This is our first December coin pack from the club and we were really happy with it and intrigued by the extra OakBucks. They have a website on them but like I said, that wasn't much help other than letting us know that they are not all 1s!!! Link to comment
Team FIREBOY
From what I understand the Oak Bucks are going to be used for "money off" when you have a coin made by Oak Coins and for "money" off if you purchase any thing from them at events they go to. They will be posting more info on the website (www.oakbucks.com) sometime early in the new year. Edited December 25, 2007 by Team FIREBOY Link to comment
Droo
Clearly it's a buck off the purchase of an oak. I can't wait to be able to spend mine. Link to comment
AtlantaGal
Yep, save them up and take them to events where Oak has a table/booth. They work just like real money I have 8 Oak Bucks so far... that's like a free coin Link to comment
