If we had an award ceremony, what categories would you propose and who would you nominate?

I'll set the ball rolling...

Tastiest Cacher 2006

Beds Clangers surely? He's got the taste dogs just can't get enough of. I think when they see Nick over the horizon their eyes glaze over and all they can see is an enormous roast chicken walking towards them.

Dumb and Dumberest Cacher 2006

You can nominate yourself. Go on.

Best Caching Moment 2006

What made you just think "this is fantastic!"

Evil Genius Award 2006

Who drove you insane with their cache setting skills?

Suggest more! Nominate!

(Small print: No gold plated statue or similar trophy will be awarded. It's just for fun. May contain nuts.)

best newbie

the new-seekers who are a mum and two kids without GPS and are starting to work through south-west London - including multis!

Not sure how they do it.

oldest geo-rocker in town - I shall not be responsible for others' nominations!

Nah, that would be cheating, wouldn't it?

David, that was just a tease to prove it really DOES exist! In fact I had a text message half an hour ago to say it was found this morning too!

In the category "Best Geocaching Comedy Duo"...

I'll nominate Chaotica_UK and Hugh Hampton for their unfailing good humour and lovely logs.

MrsB

To me... that award has to go to Lord Elf and Pete from the House of Boo... never a dull moment with that comedy duo around!

Most consistently perfect coordinates in setting a cache goes to:

Haggis Hunter. In fact twice I have sat on the edge of a 'cliff' retrieving his caches and the reading was a round fat ZERO at the edge but as soon as I leaned over to retrieve it went up to 1 METRE away. Thats what I call setter service.
