It's going to be in the 40's and sunny this weekend!!!! So, where are you going caching? I'm thinking about heading to Rockland County to hit up a cluster or twp on the river. Any ideas????

I'm travelling to Ohio this weekend for my mother's b-day, so I'm planning on hitting 5 to 7 caches on the there and back to Pennsylvania. I've modified my normal travel route, just so I can hit some caches on the trip.

I'm not hunting but I'm hiding!  I've been holed up for weeks building sneaky caches and identified a big WMA with not a single cache in it.  Watch out NW NJ, we're going on a bombing run!!

 Bring it on!!! Bring it on!!! It’s so good to hear that ‘Team Rampant Lion’ is back on the prowl again... <_<

I'll be right in my neck of the woods. There a page full of caches I haven't hit yet. Come to Long Island, you won't be disapointed! <_<

My cousin and I are making the trek to the Ramapo Mountain area (our first visit tot his area); I've planned a 10 cache day, but I will be happy if I get 7 of them.

Are you guys suggesting that the we should postpone our walk in the park to another day?

No, its days like this the cache was designed for. Only sissies do it when the ground if frozen solid :D .

As promised, TRL Dead Men Tell No Tales is locked and loaded. Thanks Pofe for the quick approval (literally before my eyes). The run continues tomorrow north and west. :)

I cannot tell a Lie, I have not been outside caching this weekend at all. I have a sick little cacher at home and she decided to play geocaching at home. I hide her toys and her and her talking Dora find them. Ok so we got a little bored in the house. But I tell ya it was fun!

I took a 10.5 mile stroll around Harriman. Found Iko-Iko and then hiked a bit to Pole Cat Farm Cache but couldn't locate it with all the snow. Then I had to head back to the Sebago parking area to head home and out for a Super Bowl party.

The trails were hard packed snow so that wasn't a big deal but the off-trail search for Pole Cat was in about 10-12" of snow.

Weather was awesome and I only wore a turtleneck with a t-shirt under it. If it was Florida and this temp they would be bundled in fur coats!! Too bad today was Monday as it's gorgeous out again.

JG and i did a few of the swamp caches this past weekend. Anyone know what kind of bird made those big tracks. Or did Geokender have and odd companion?

Tiffany's Head Slave and Chief Assistant had a 4 cache day on Sunday with 3 FTFs!

El Grande Cheapo by Klizich, Mulder's Multi Terrain Cache by Skully and Mulder in the morning around trips to and from religious school and then Rockaway's Cascading Cache and Saffin's Outback both of which are by Treequest.

A good (though tiring) time was had by all (both)

TRL Class Cache

TRL Shoots and Ladders

TRL Whitt's Cliffs

TRL Calm Before The Storm

Man, I'm a real slacker compared to TRL!

Me too! I put all of my eggs into one basket (and it isn't even easter yet!)

I was stuck at home far too long and ready to get out! Now, I've got to get back on track with finds.

We headed out to the Deleware Water Gap for the day and grabbed 8 caches...

There is a huge Ice Jam in the Gap itself... river is completely ice clogged above the Gap (saw ice chunks that were 10-15 ft high) and almost completely clear below! well there is a little ice along the edges...
