Illegal Cache in AZ

 I think cache GCX7H1 is an illegal cache, because it it buried under a thin layer of stones.

From the Cache Listing Requirements / Guidelines: Caches that are buried. If a shovel, trowel or other "pointy" object is used to dig, whether in order to hide or to find the cache, then it is not appropriate.

Could this cache be described as COVERED by a thin layer of stones instead. I don't think this is a clear guideline violation.

I didn't find that particular cache, but I did find a cache a little bit away by the same owner, etc. That cache wasn't buried. No shovel or trowel was used to hide it or find it. IMO, "covered with a thin layer of rocks" is not buried. As firenice said, as long as you didn't dig a hole to bury it under the stones it's cool.

I, for one, having read this post do not think this is illegal, Using your hands to uncover a cache is NOT illegal since your hands should NOT be pointy (if they are, I wouldn't want to shake hands with you!)

Just my 2 cents worth (which is about what my house is worth)
