+dougsmiley
The first find is one nobody ever forgets. I have over 5,000 finds but I still remember the first one like it was yesterday. One of Torry's in an old Cemetery 4 miles from my house. GCHB98 Enjoy the hobby Dave. Have fun first and foremost and the milestones will come easily! Quote Link to comment
+S Keillan
The same here regarding one's first find. I still remember my visit to the Skywatchers geocache in northern Tippecanoe County. The interesting tidbit of history from the nearby monument was likely one of the major draws to geocaching for me. It was a little over five years ago, but I still remember details about my trip (the route taken, the weather conditions, etc.) as if it were a recent memory. Congrats on find #1.
