At the request of Super Nate - what the heck. We need some more fun.

Another Vinyl to be given away. Again, not in hand yet but when I get it you will too. :P

This is for all those who did not attend GeoCoin Fest or the other CA events in that area. We're playing for fun!

I have another biography sitting on my nightstand waiting for me to read.

Tell me who the biography is about and its title.

You can guess once every half hour -- with first guess now (~ 4:10 CST) and the next guess at the half hour mark (4:30 here) and then starting at 5, every half hour after that till someone gets it right.

Previous winners excluded. Trying to spread the fun a bit. :P

This is the coin that will be yours:

Umm....."The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt" by Edmund Morris - it is about Theodore Roosevelt

If you are posting on the forums, then that book is no doubt sitting on your nightstand waiting for you to resume reading it...right.

You have to admit.....true statement!

LOL. Nope - it follows me around the house during the day. I catch snippets when I can. Right now it is here in front of the computer. But good guess.

That is way too cute a picture! No wonder she received a ribbon. Well deserved.

I see a future coin designer in your house.

Thanks. I should start putting her to work now. :P

Wow, great artwork! And she's only 6? Congrats on the ribbon Sara!

Yes. She is in first grade and will be 7 this year. And, I'm very proud of her!

"His Excellency: George Washington" by Joseph J. Ellis

Excellent! We have a winner. Congrats!!!!

So tell me, how did you figure that out?

And PM me your addy.

Ummm...well...<whispers> I'm an American history/biography junkie, too. <nomal tone>And it was clear you'd not been reading about TR. So I figured "It's President's Day coming up...either Washington or Lincoln," and there hasn't been too many NEW Lincoln bios, but a BUNCH of Washington ones lately. So I took a stab at MY kinda reading.
