THIS SURVEY IS NOT APPROVED BY GEOCACHING.COM OR Groundspeak

(added this to the post to reduce confusion)

Hey fellow Geocachers,

I am currently working on my Masters of Science degree in Management. One of my assignments is to study a business or organization that has experienced a change. I have chosen to study how Geocaching.com started, the early years and how this little online dialogue developed into a global sport. I would like to gather some basic information about the people that Geocache. The survey should only take 3 - 5 minutes to complete and all questions are optional.

If you have a few free minutes, can you complete the survey at http://trekkin.com/geosurvey/

THANKS

Hey scott,

Is there anyway you can keep a posted version of the answers for questions 2-15?

Although I appreciate your interest in using the forums as a way to fulfill your project needs, your spamming of individual forums with the same message is unacceptable forum etiquette. Additionally this fits under the "solicitation" portion of the guidelines.

Commercial Postings/Solicitations are not allowed. Commercial content as a direct or indirect (either intentional or non-intentional) attempt to solicit customers through a forum post will be edited or deleted. Notwithstanding the above, Groundspeak reserves the right to include limited commercial content in this Forum, in its sole discretion.

In the future if you desire to poll the community in the Groundspeak forums, it is good etiquette to ask the folks who run the forums first to make sure this is acceptable. Closing this thread.
