Fritz_Monroe
I need a couple fairly small waterproof plastic boxes. Needs to be about the size of a deck of cards, or maybe even one of those 2 disk floppy cases. Anyone know a good source of these or any other miscelaneous plastic boxes? F_M Quote Link to comment
pater47
What you want is a decon container. You can get them from most army surplus supplies. Quote Link to comment
Fritz_Monroe
Nope, that's a bit too big. Needs to be at most the size of a pack of playing cards. F_M Quote Link to comment
briansnat
A decon box is slightly larger than a deck of cards. You can fit a deck inside with a half inch or so to spare. Beyond decon boxes, I can't think of any water resistant container that fits your needs. Quote Link to comment
TimSkells
Does it have to been in the shape of cards? Quote Link to comment
Fritz_Monroe
How about non-waterproof boxes? I guess I could do the plastic bag thing. I recall seeing plastic cigarette boxes many years ago. They weren't waterproof, but the halves fit very snug and at least made it somewhat water resistant. F_M Quote Link to comment
webscouter.
Check in the travel section of your local store for a travel soap dish. Quote Link to comment
gallahad
You might want to try some electronics supply outlets (even Radio Ripoff) to see what they have in project boxes that might meet your needs. Quote Link to comment
Ltljon
Rubbermaid makes one about that size. Check out the grocery stores. Quote Link to comment
ChrisCindy
If you want to do the plastic bag thing then paint a Sucrets tin a camo color and use that. Quote Link to comment

Perrin
Check out some place that sells baseball cards or other collectible cards. They usually have plastic hinged boxes in exactly the sixe you are wanting. No guarantees about their ability to keep the water out though Quote Link to comment
