+lil_cav_wings
I'd love to get a photo of me caching but I haven't been able to train my dog the art of photography as of yet. Sometimes I wonder if my dog envies my thumbs. I've gotten very good at using the timer on my camera. Edited April 16, 2010 by lil_cav_wings Quote Link to comment
+Jeep4two
Me and the Delicate Arch in Arches National Park. I live in the Midwest but I would rather be in the Southwest. Deermark Had you already eaten all your PopTarts that day? I guess I should play along too - Here's Jeep4Two at a recent outing caching, hiking and wildflower hunting. Luckily FixitFinditDave wasn't around to stomp out any blooms that day: Quote Link to comment
+WhoDis
I'm gonna ask the stupid question. How do you post a pic on here? I found the button to insert a pic, but it asks for a url, can I not just upload one off the hard drive? Quote Link to comment

I found the button to insert a pic, but it asks for a url, can I not just upload one off the hard drive? The photo needs to have an URL. For cache pictures, you can just click on the picture until you get to the URL with the jpg at the end. For other photos, you can upload them to a site like photobucket. Quote Link to comment
+WhoDis
Thanks Ambrosia, will have to get a photobucket page I guess. Tried to link to my FaceBook, but it didn't like that. Ok, back on topic. Quote Link to comment
+Mudfrog
Thanks Ambrosia, will have to get a photobucket page I guess. Tried to link to my FaceBook, but it didn't like that. Ok, back on topic. I saw that you have a picture on your profile page. If that happens to be the one you want to place here, then right click on it and open it onto a new window. Copy the url that shows in the address line to use here. Of course you can upload any picture to your profile page and use it as well... And while i'm here, here's a picture of our newest cacher. The Tx Tadpole was less than a month of age when this was taken. She's almost 2½ years now, so she doesn't quite fit in a .50 caliber ammo can anymore. A more recent picture of her helping to do maintenance on one of our tougher to get caches. Edited April 17, 2010 by Mudfrog Quote Link to comment

+clumzyfly
Don't have many caching, and the ones we do, you can't see much, so... Me and my wife. This was an engagement picture about 7 years ago. We both have since gained a little weight, but caching is helping us get out and lose some. The oldest. She almost never wants to go caching. But when we start, she don't want to stop. She is getting pretty good at finding them herself. Daddy's little girl. She goes with me more than anyone. The youngest. This was taken a few months ago. Me and Jersey. She's been with me on a few cache runs after trailing practices. This picture was taken last year on the first day I heard of geocaching. The woman who owns the bloodhound in the background introduced me to it. It wasn't until a few months later that I started though. Come to find out, there is a micro about 100 feet from where I am in the picture. Edited July 18, 2010 by clumzyfly Quote Link to comment

We need to get a family picture done sometime. Possibly while caching! I can't figure out how to post a picture here - it only wants a link : ( You need to have the picture hosted somewhere and post a link to it. That's why it is asking for a link. Quote Link to comment
