Cave Troll and Eeyore
Whenever we go caching we make sure that when logging online we log em in the order we found em. Does everyone else do the same ? We currently have 4 to log and 3 are not yet live (we got copies of the cache pages at the Lymm event yesterday) so we are holding off on the final one so we can log it in order. Link to comment
The J J Noodle Fan Club
Always in order but have never had a situation like yours. Would probably bash in the one public and do the other 3 when they go public. JJNFC Link to comment

harold1066
I try to log them in order but sometimes I forget the order but as they are all logged on the same day, it doesn`t really matter that much. Geo Link to comment
stu_and_sarah
I used to log the day's caches in reverse order. That way they show up in the order of doing them in the lists. For some reason, dates are in reverse order, but caches on the same day are in forward order. Now, yes, I log them in order. Usually on the same evening. I know others who hold off for months before logging, and often forget which ones they've done. Cheers, Stu Link to comment
Brenin Tegeingl
I always log them in the order that they are done. I have the cache page for all caches that I've done in a folder. As soon as possible after doing the cache, I write down some comments about the cache, what I've swoped, each note is stapled to its cache page. That means I've always got a hard copy, makes great reading, when I'm bored . Dave Link to comment
Birders
We always log them strictly in the order found, but GC.COM does not necessarily keep them in that order as we have found many times.. Link to comment
pieces_of_8
Dito.... always log them in order Mart Link to comment
minstrelcat
Yup - always log in order of finding if we found more than one on the same day. Lisa Link to comment
Kitty Hawk
I always log them in order, but I noticed the last couple I did were out of order. I figured I was losing my marbles, so it a relief to read the comments here. Link to comment
Bill D (wwh)
Like stu and sarah, I used to log them in reverse order so that they appeared in the proper order in the lists, but now log them in the order in which I did them. Link to comment
SlytherinAlex
GC.COM does not necessarily keep them in that order as we have found many times.. Exactly, so it makes no difference whatsoever what order you log them in. Link to comment
MarcB
Yep, I log them in order and as quickly as possible so not to forget what the hide was like. MarcB Link to comment
Subarite
I usually log them in order but not always. It depends on if there is a TB in the cache which I like to log first. If there has been a problem finding/not finding the cache I like to get that logged early. Andy. Link to comment
Seasider
Yes, I always number and log my caches in the order I do them each day. However, I don't always log them the same day ie Lymm Dam(n) Frustration - sorry aRRKS!!! Cheers! Seasider Link to comment
aRRKS
Yes, I always number and log my caches in the order I do them each day. However, I don't always log them the same day ie Lymm Dam(n) Frustration - sorry aRRKS!!! Cheers! Seasider We always log them in order and on the same day. However due to most of yesterdays caches not being live until the afternoon we may have logged them out of turn today as it was very late last night when we got home. In this instance I only logged yesterdays caches at 19:30 tonight as I had been out all day again BUT I can give this up anytime I want too...I just don't want to is all 'K' has a new gadget that we needed to try out yesterday, it worked, that's how we managed FTF on so many Saints & Sinners Link to comment
DomHeknows
so whats the new gadget then - a helicopter? Link to comment
Team Vorvik
Being only a newcomer i ensure that i log all finds or DNF's as soon as i return home always in the order i visited... Link to comment
Cave Troll and Eeyore
Thanks for all your replies guys. The reason I asked as you have probably gathered by now is that we did our 200th and had to wait as we always log in order of finding but some of the caches we had done that day previous to the big one hadn't been approved.
