Pschtyckque
Hey, guys. I recently found Mr. Borg, and after reading his goal, I thought I'd have a bit of fun with him. Check it out! (Image heavy. Sorry 'bout that). Quote Link to comment
+Eric K
That's hilarious!! You should submit it to the humor section of Todays Cacher magazine. www.todayscacher.com Quote Link to comment
+KC0GRN
I'm still laughing here Great idea! Quote Link to comment
+Gambrinus & Crew
That really is hilarious! Nice work. I'll bet the bug owner loved it! Quote Link to comment
inventorjg
Thats a great little story! Even cooler is that you scripted it out while geocaching! Quote Link to comment
Pschtyckque
Thanks for the kind words, guys. I'm still laughing over it myself. It turned out funnier than I had hoped. The hard part was crouching under a very prickly bush for almost 30 minutes in the 90° heat taking those shots. But I'd do it again in an instant. Mr. Borg will soon be on his way to the San Diego Comic Convention for some more photos before being dropped off there. I'll post more when I get them. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go read it again. Quote Link to comment
Pschtyckque
Well, he never did make it down to the Comic Con (or did, but didn't stay.) But here are some more pics for you. Quote Link to comment
+Milbank
ROFL, some funny stuff..... Quote Link to comment
+Sparrowhawk
Good stuff. I woulda added some gaussian noise to the figures in Photoshop to add to the transporter fade-in effect, but big deal, overall it's great. Quote Link to comment
Pschtyckque
Yeah, I thought about that after the fact. Ah, well. Next time. Here's the finale: Quote Link to comment

+Leapin' Lizards
LOVE IT! Whatta riot! Ditto what everybody else said above! Well done. High-fives from at least two of the lizards. You rock! Quote Link to comment
Pilgrim, Rhubarb, & Sweet Pea
Well done! Those were all great - I was laughing my head off by the middle of the assimilation of the other action figures, and Pilgrim came in to see what I was carcking up about! Thanks for posting those! +fly46
Someone's gotta ask... The creature that he's like.. Prepare to be.. oh nevermind pass... Who or what is that? Sorry, but can honestly say I've yet to see an episode with the enterprise in it's entirety. Love your pics though! Quote Link to comment
Pschtyckque
Thanks again, guys. I hope you had as much fun reading them as I had making them. I just hope I didn't set the bar too high for the next person who finds him. And seriously, I don't know why Chekov wasn't in the last two pictures. He was standing right there. Oh, and that creature was Ephant Mon from Return of the Jedi. Only the main bridge crew guys are Star Trek figures. Quote Link to comment
+Rainwater
THAT WAS GREAT!!!! Too Funny!! Quote Link to comment
+JoesBar
I don't know what you do for a living but you should be making comedies! That was hilarious! Quote Link to comment
Pschtyckque
As a toy collector (and graphic designer) I get my inspiration from the pages of ToyFare magazine. Pick one up. They're hysterical. Most of the pictures weren't scripted when I took them. Fortunately, both caches were large boxes under some bushes. I had plenty to work with. I wanted to do more Assimilation shots, but most of my toys are packed away. Quote Link to comment
+Duncan!
Hey Chris, Just saw all the episodes, too funny! I'm glad my travel bug has let your creative juices flow, I'm thinking of digging out the old figures and putting on a show, we'll save the town....or something. Thanks, Duscwe! Quote Link to comment
Pschtyckque
Thanks for the excellent Bug! Hopefully, I'll run across another some day soon. I have tons more action figures. Quote Link to comment
