bnolan
I notice that there are several geocaches that claim to have been placed in that so called state of Idaho. Read this to get the real truth. Idaho Essay Quote Link to comment
+Team GPSaxophone
Maybe Idaho isn't a state, but New Mexico isn't even in this country Quote Link to comment
The Grometeers
I must vouch for the good old Idaho on this one. I am from there, in fact i am there right now. And by the way, we prefer Idahoans, not Idahoers. Quote Link to comment
+dasein
...we prefer Idahoans, not Idahoers. I prefer Idahoans too--potatoes, that is! Have you tried that potato vodka from Idaho? It's excellent, and it's about time! Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of it right now. Also unfortunately, I haven't been drinking it tonight! --laurak of dasein Quote Link to comment
+niskibum
Yes, it's true. There is no Idaho. And if there were, it would be a horrible place with lot's of nasty bugs, terrible hunting and fishing, and no available camping spots. Definitely not a place you would like to visit, or move to! Brought to you by the Idaho tourism board, reminding you that a vacation in Idaho is not supposed to last 40 years. Quote Link to comment
+Renegade Knight
Idaho? I don't know about you guys but I live in the great state of Simplot. Quote Link to comment
+blazerfan
Well I have seen Idaho with my own eyes so I know it exists. I've even been all the way accross and too the other side. On the other hand I am not sure that many states in new england exist... I have never met anyone from Rhode Island, or Vermont. Quote Link to comment

+High-Tech Redneck
Idaho IS a state! It's a STATE OF MIND...... Been there all my life. Even as I endured Chicago and Seattle and many points in between, I always kept Idaho in a special place. Now that I'm actually living in Idaho again, I can't imagine how they could improve on this in the afterlife. Quote Link to comment
+Gloom
I have never met anyone from Rhode Island, or Vermont. My friend's girlfriend was imported from "Rhode Island", though that doesn't confirm that it does exist. I'm not so sure about a "state" that you can drive across in the amount of time it takes me to drive across the portland metro area. Quote Link to comment

There have been times I could drive from Seattle to Spokane (All the way across Washington), in the time it takes to drive from the South to the North End of Seattle itself. +Gizmo & Brazin
Hey! I know Idaho is real! I have a friend, who has a brother, whose cousin married a woman whose great-grandfather (twice removed) actually used to live there. He moved away though, because one night he and the future Mrs. great grandfather, had parked at the local lovers leap, when he heard a scratchy noise and someone trying to get into his car. He drove off, real fast. When he stopped, he found a bloody hook in the car door handle. Honest! I know it's true. Cuz my friend told me! Quote Link to comment
+The Jester
Hmm, well, it's easy to see who's all a part of "The Cartographer Conspiracy"! I think thou dost protest too much! Quote Link to comment
cosner63
You are all right. Idaho is not a State any more, so Californians please go back home. The great state of California is calling you...... If you don't believe me just email Arnold, He will tell you. Quote Link to comment
+LazyCat
I lived in Boise for 3 years, from 1959-1962. I still have fond memories of hiking and camping as a Boy Scout. Whether Boise is actually in Idaho could be debated I guess. Quote Link to comment
+blazerfan
You are all right. Idaho is not a State any more, so Californians please go back home. Ummm yeah... he's right! Also Oregon is no longer a state... so if all of you Californians would just go back that would be great... maybe then I could afford to buy a house. Sometimes I think we need to set up a border patrol... not that Californians are bad... after all they are just leaving the problems of California... and bringing them here But back to the topic (kind of)... Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Delaware??? I don't think they exist... just part of some conspiracy to put more electoral votes in the east Quote Link to comment
astralpwka
Being born in Idaho, I've been unable to leave it. Its like that movie "The Others", where whats-her-name tries to leave and it all turns foggy. Quote Link to comment
