+CacheKidz!
I am using an HTC Hero with Android OS. While navigating on Geocaching.com I receive a Security Warning indicating There are problems with the security certificate for this site. This is not from a trusted authority. Is anyone else experiencing this? My wife and I have the same phone and OS, but she is not experiencing this pop up warning. Any suggestions? Thanks, Chuck (CacheKidz!) Quote Link to comment

Have you done a virus check on your phone? Malware effect phones just like any other computer that connects to the internet. John Quote Link to comment
+Walts Hunting
Still getting it on my DroidX. From reading the previous posts it appears to be an android only issue. There is no where to report it since the forums at the top of the page are for requests and voting on changes. Kind of annoying but not that big a deal. Quote Link to comment
+Lil Devil
I see the same thing occasionally on my Moto Droid. Quote Link to comment

+KI4HLW
Getting the same message on my Blackberry Bold, OS6 on both Bolt and the BB Browser. I also can confirm it is not an android only issue, I get it on my Blackberry Torch OS6. P.S. I thought it is funny the 2 Blackberry users are also both ham radio operators. Quote Link to comment
+PaneledZero
This happens on my Droid X as well. It wasn't doing it until recently.. Quote Link to comment
+cache_test_dummies
Is it possible that the root certificates on the devices that are experiencing these problems are out of date? I'm not that familiar with these devices, but I have experienced security warnings while running various browsers under Windows, and I corrected the problem by updating the root certificates on my OS. +Belteshazzar89
I am on a desktop running Windows XP, and every time I load a page on geocaching.com, I get a little drop-down after the page has loaded that there is an issue with the security certificate. I can't figure out how to tell the PC that the certificate is fine. Quote Link to comment
