Pay it Forward Geocoin Adoptions

I'm glad that some of the coins are reaching their new homes, I dont think mine is that lucky

L_Y_H kindly adopted a Microchip micro coin to me and "L_Y_H placed it in A6 - TB Hotel Hockenheimring West" on the 23.7.11. Then "xxxxx retrieved it from A6 - TB Hotel Hockenheimring West" on the 25.7.11 and held on to it until I sent a very polite email about a month later. He sent an email back apologising and "xxxxxx placed it in Am Sportplatz" the very next day, the 21.8.11. Since then 3 people have logged the cache with no mention of my coin Also the first of the three to find the cache is a newbie with only 13 finds, so I have no idea if he took it and didnt know what it is, its still there and noone has taken it or its been muggled

I would love to adopt a coin, and also allow for someone to adopt one of my coins. Would like to see a coin come across the country or from the south to me, while i am willing to send mine out to anyone who would appreciate seeing a coin move!!

Penny and Kona kindly donated a coin to me, and it got picked up quit quick, unfortunatly it never moved again, and it is still in the hands of the first geocacher that found it.

Its been over a year now, today I decided to contact him/her about it, lets hope my coin gets moving again.

well i went looking for this thread and noticed it was 4 pages back.

kind of sad. but i figured i got 2 very nice mystery coins this month and i should pay it forward

so here is how it will work this time.

i will give out 10-15-20 coins im not sure how many to tell ya the truth.

but with working on my home and actual work it will be later in the afternoon's before i will start sending adoptions out.

but i will only give them out to people that own less than lets say 10 coins. (unless for some reason they are not going then i will change it)

make a post and say that you would like one and how many coins you have.

and for the holidays tell us something you got for christmas.

and only 1 coin per user name

mrls1996 what a wonderful thing to do for another cacher! I would love to have a coin to watch with my girls.

I currently have four trackables one I keep on my backpack and I just gave one to each of my three daughters for Christmas. My daughters are 4,7,8 years old so they like them because they're shiny and are worried about sending them out lol, but they regularly check on ones we have helped along the way.

We just got to know this "pay it forward" thread because one of our TBs has been put into a cache where there also is geocoin of this "pay it forward" program. It is a really great idea!

Actually we don't have any own geocoins (we have 4 TBs, 2 patches and 1 TB sticker on our car), so we would be really happy to adopt a geocoin.

Our clan would love to adopt a coin. We purchased a couple right off the bat along with a travel bug. We placed our bug out right away and it went missing from its first stop after the cache was muggled. We have picked up several coins over the last couple years of caching and moved them along. We still log in to see where they have gone since they left us. Thanks so much to everyone involved in this awesome project!
