Camo-crazed Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 Is it just me or has the normal volume of posts has been reduced in the forums? For example: I posted in a thread 13 hours ago and I am still the last poster and it is only 1/2way down the first page. Maybe this is a result of regular free week? Or mabye everyone is in mourning because CO Admin's leaving. Quote
YuccaPatrol Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 or maybe everyone is away from their computer while caching! Quote
st3roadking Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 or maybe everyone is away from their computer while caching! the only reason im sitting in front of this machine is cause my kids are sick.....otherwise, id be out getting wet and cold and sick!!!! +Anonymous' Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 I'm here, no caching for me today. Quote
Team Tecmage Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 It's cold, raining, and I'm getting over being sick. Quote
imalilblonde2 Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 Managed to get to 1 cache today, before the hubby had to be home for Nascar!!!!! Maybe next weekend, after steelheading. Quote
zoltig Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 Managed to get to 1 cache today, before the hubby had to be home for Nascar!!!!! Maybe next weekend, after steelheading. OK so it is a slow day and I'll probably get in trouble for this joke but since you brought it up I am going to say it: Why do couples in North Carolina like to do "it" doggy style? . . . . . . . . . So they can both watch NASCAR! OK mods. I am sorry. Please take it easy on me. Really not that bad of a joke. Quote
cache-man-do Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 HEYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!! South carolina too. ~Mark Quote
BlueDeuce Posted February 20, 2005 Posted February 20, 2005 Here in the Midwest, we're starting the best time of year for caching. The snow is melting (or melted) and most of the fallen leaves have composted. Time to get to moving. Quote
Ltljon Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 So they can both watch NASCAR! Yea we get some pretty funny looks doing that at the Speedway too... Quote
BigHank Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 Rainy, dreary day here in Middle TN, so it was a perfect day to stay in and put some time in on my other hobbies...so I had a great day playing with my trains and yakking on the radio. Next weekend, though, I plan on hitting a few caches...we are taking a trip down to Ga. for the weekend and already have some caches lined up that we want to do...sure hope the weather holds out. +Anonymous' Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 Very sunny here in Washington for the past week and a half. About 50 degrees too. We're in a really bad drought right now. Quote
Enspyer Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 We're in a really bad drought right now. El Nino? We have lots of snow which is not usually conducive to caching, but it worked out okay today. And I have to go along with someone else who said they like yakking on the radio. That's a great way to lose a few hours! Quote

black burn Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 I'm stuck in today because of falling snow. Otherwise I would be out placing my new cache. Spring... please come soon. Quote
Miragee Posted February 21, 2005 Posted February 21, 2005 (edited) Yesterday, I was out having lunch with a friend followed by a movie, The Aviator. I tried to locate some caches on my way home, but I ran out of daylight. Today I am once again stuck inside because of the rain. This year Southern California might set an all time record for rain. I'm thankful the ground beneath my place isn't moving . . . yet. Edited February 21, 2005 by idiosyncratic Quote
Renegade Knight Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 My topic was deleted. That slowed things down today a bit. I'm not sure if I insulted everyone but I gave it a good shot. Quote
Clan X-Man Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 HEYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!! South carolina too. ~Mark I resemble that remark! Which topic was deleted RK? Quote
Renegade Knight Posted February 23, 2005 Posted February 23, 2005 ...Which topic was deleted RK? My rant saying that anyone who could not figure out how to have fun was too stupid to play this game. It could of been lost in cyberspace in that moment betwen when you hit "send" and when this site should of got it. A net hiccup. Quote
