Other than the fact that the cache page says absolutely nothing, I see no major problems. It doesn't look more than 200 feet from a road...

The minimalism, I have no problem with. I'm generally not opposed to (apparently) newbie hides, but when coupled with the zeros in the coordinates, it does set off some warning bells. Someone approved it, though, and I imagine they wondered about the same things before giving it the okay.

I've got thirty FTF's, but I'd let somebody else confirm that this jewel exists...The zeroes and the fact that the hider seemingly has never found a cache...Maybe the account is a sock puppet? I wouldn't have enough confidence in it to bother...

My guess is that it hasn't been place yet.

 

I often submit the cache with bogus coords, but UNCHECK the box that says "this cache is currently active", inorder to get the GCxxxx number to place in the logbook. Once I forgot to uncheck the box, but the approver noticed the blank description & coords with many 0's and asked me if I was really ready to submit it.

If it turns out the cache really isn't there, I'd be very interested in seeing if there was a good place to hide one.

I don't think I'd try to be FTF. I'm about 50 crow miles from there which equates to approximately 75 to 80 road miles. This would consume at least 3 hours of driving just to get there and return. This does not even include what time the search could take. Heck, the coords could actually be correct, but I'm still apprehensive because of what has already been mentioned, i.e. newbie factor (7 days), find factor (0), and of course all the 0's in the coords.

I think I'll pass until tmp (a local, often FTF'r) places a mousetrap and bear bell in it.

I'd go for it if I'm in the neighborhood or if it's on the way to something else. It doesn't seem to be too far from a road.

Oh no. We've got another zero co-ord cache near (relatively) this one. The hint is almost as helpful too.
