Yes: yesterday I have found my 100th cache using public transportation (Bearcats' crack in the rock, MTA Metro North Railroad), My profile page is updated with some statistics. Warning: if I found some cache, it doesn't automatically mean that it is public transit friendly - some of them require several miles of boring walk or they are accessible only on weekdays/minor holidays - check your maps and schedules.
