It would be nice to have them all in one place, but the site that offers this particular tool says you can only try it for free for 30 days. On top of that, it's a PC app, when I'm hunting an FTF, I need something that I can use in the field.

Well, I suppose if you get a notification on a Mystery Cache and immediately run out into the field hoping to solve it there then yeah, this wouldn't do you much good. However, if you're working to solve quickly and get a jump start on others, then having some of your tools in one spot is kind of beneficial. To each his own.

 

It is free to use after the 30 days if you don't mind a progressive start-up timer. But it might be worth the five bucks to some, others maybe not. Again, to each his own.

I'm seeing the Facebook page now, but it was "Not Found" last night. It's a link that leads to a link to the shareware. [EDIT: Now it works.]

Well I've recently installed GeoCacheCalculator which is a free Android app (not sure if it's also available on other platforms), it seems to be the same sort of tool as the original post. See here http://gcc.eisbehr.de/ it's available from the Google Play store.

http://rumkin.com/tools/cipher/ is nice for when you are at home base.

 

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/arg-tools/id374959430?mt=8 is a portable tool for your iPhone with more reference material.

 

Both are the right price.
