grand-moff
Although my own caches may not have the greatest names, I do spend quite some time thinking of them. After doing just this today it got me thinking of some of the caches with great names I have visited, like NCR - Polymer on Ferrous via flux near old Ceramic, Under Neon Loneliness, Motorcycle Emptiness and Angels and Donkeys these a a few of my favorites. This then got me on to wondering what other great cache names are about, so over to you all. What is the best name for a cache you have come across. Quote Link to comment
Delta68
Back 2 Bay 6 ! Wherefore art thou Wherigo? We found this one very early in our caching career Weird Dog Door (It's an anagram of Dorridge Wood) and ever since, we've always refereed to dog gates next to stiles as Weird Dog Doors Mark Quote Link to comment
Amberel
What is the best name for a cache you have come across./quote]I'm sure that there are lots of good names that I haven't recalled over a period of several years. Two that I do remember are: Right to the End Wherigo to Church Rgds, Andy Quote Link to comment
redsox_mark
My favourite is probably "A to E". It only makes sense when you find out the container is a rat... Quote Link to comment
The Blorenges
I like "Piglet's ill but Winnie's well" and "We come in piece", amusing names and both interesting cache locations. MrsB Quote Link to comment

Delta68
I expect I'll remember more good ones over time... This one's clever: How's Alfred? The answer is on the OS Map Mark Quote Link to comment
Pharisee
"micro heaven" anyone? "Micro Hell" would be better Quote Link to comment

martlakes
I'm sure one of mine gets lots more visits because of the name. It's just a micro drive-by on a busy dual-carriageway but the name is intriguing. "Nuns in a Bunker?" http://coord.info/GC1K7JT One that's now sadly archived was called "Torchy Goes Bananas" by Fellsmanhiker Most of the rest of mine are location based. Simple, don't try to be too clever! Quote Link to comment
currykev
"micro heaven" anyone? "Micro Hell" would be better Ah yes. But since your micro count is almost as high as your small count I think you should be grateful for "micro mercies" PS Thanks GC.com for the new stats info for every user. I shall be watching others anti micro comments with extreme vigour. Quote Link to comment

But since your micro count is almost as high as your small count I think you should be grateful for "micro mercies" Probably because few people bother to set anything larger any more. If you want to go caching in my area, that's all you get. Of those unfound (by me) caches within a 10 mile radius of home... 95 are micro, 124 are small and just 33 are regular... go figure. +jenandberry
I liked 'Micros are not for trees' http://coord.info/GC11CJN - it gave me a giggle once I'd found it. I'm sure there are others with great names I've found, I just can't think of them at the moment. Quote Link to comment
mumbo jumbo
Faves include Gorgeous, Paddington Dare, Pachyderm Passage, aii que dolor, Turnover - Corporate Cruelty... Then, of course, there's my own brilliantly named caches. But I'm not allowed to mention them Quote Link to comment

Original A1
My favourite is probably "A to E". It only makes sense when you find out the container is a rat... I've found that one! I also like "Yobbies?" Can't give anything away about it, but it made sense in the end... Oh, and "Apollo Fir". Ditto. Quote Link to comment
