Wormgeocash Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 But thats Dikololo, got timeshare there. Unfortunately if i am right Jors u got another turn....dont get on here that often nowadays Just a response to HHsa's answer, not to qualify for a turn : Must be "The Lookout". Well, you're correct - Dikhololo's Lookout it is. Nou wat nou? Ok, try this Pretoria cache then: I think it's HHSA's turn, not ? Quote
DamhuisClan Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 The only cache we have don in PTA that looks remotely like that picture is: Catch My Breath Quote
Jors Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 I think it's HHSA's turn, not ? True... but they seemed to have abdicated, so made a call. The only cache we have don in PTA that looks remotely like that picture is: Catch My Breath Nope, different mountain. Groenkloof Nature Reserve? Nope, I don't recall seeing a distant dam from Groenkloof? Quote
Team Ginger Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Is this at "Plumbago 1" cache in the Faerie Glen Nature Reserve? ..I wanted to guess Pretoria East 001 - but looking back at my pictures of the time spent in the reserve - looks more like the tree at Plumbago 1. Quote
RedGlobe Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 This can be one of the “Besem” Magallies mountain range series caches....with the Bon Accord Dam in the background? (Don’t know which one) Quote
Jors Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Is this at "Plumbago 1" cache in the Faerie Glen Nature Reserve? ..I wanted to guess Pretoria East 001 Huh-uh, none of the above. This can be one of the “Besem” Magallies mountain range series caches....with the Bon Accord Dam in the background? (Don’t know which one) No, not the Magalies. Same city though - different mountain. View to the north, Schurveberg or Confessions, No. Come on RedGlobe - you found this one Haha, it was too easy to find out which cache this was, even though I haven't visited it myself. I'll refrain from answering for the moment, but here's a hint: it starts with an S... Quote
Jors Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 Yellow ? Hallo to you too! Now we're getting somewhere... The dam in view is correct, as is the direction of view. Mountain range is the same one too, but I doubt if a cache in North-West province can be classified as a Pretoria cache? No cigar yet. Quote
