I had the same problem with Lead initially, but the lady of the house opposite the original (closed) path came out to tell me about the path closure (there was a notice as well). Kind of her on a chilly February morning. There have been a lot of logs on Alchemy since - it's incredibly popular, you'll soon be able to just follow the trail around the whole series. I figured I'd gotten off lightly with my stings/grazes/injuries, etc. However, after a couple of days it's become fairly apparent that I was the horsefly equivilent of a drive-thru (a fly by perhaps?) I've got a big bite at the top of my chest, one on the back of my neck, three down my left arm and two down my right, along with an absolute cracker on my shin that I took the top off whilst playing football last night.
