GrailSeekers Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 I've looked at ever major store in my area for those little tiny baggies people use for micro caches. Where can I get them????!!! Quote
matokuwapi Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 I find mine at those paper / party stores. You know...where you can buy paper plates and wedding decorations by the case. How small were you looking for? I have not found the really super tiny bags....like the dopers use , except in "head shops". Quote
AtoZ Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 Local hobby store carry them here a 100 for like $4.00. cheers Quote
briansnat Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 Crafts stores like Michaels, Rag Shop and JC Moore. Also, online. Quote

LthrWrk Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 If you have a bead shop take a look for assorted sizes there. Quote
sept1c_tank Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 Did you know that if you fill a baggie with water (it doesn't have to be one of those tiny ones), and tack it up near your cache, it will keep the flies away? Quote
JohnnyVegas Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 I got mine at a Ben franklin store, as I recall the price was $1.50 for 100 bags Quote
Prairie Dog Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 local hardware store. Use 'em to hold tiny screws, nuts, bolts...etc. Or go to a bad part of town and ask for a $20 sac. Quote
Sagefox Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 REI has some very good quality zip bags. Much heavier and better than the common bags. I use them for log books and they hold up even when a couple of my caches got flooded. Quote
wimseyguy Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 I get mine in bulk for work from a local paper specialty/party supply store. I know of one local whose wife works in a department store and gets little ones from the jewelry department. Sure hope they are empty before she brings them home. Quote
Cool Librarian Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 super-small ones can be found in jewelry/bead supply catalogs. Quote
Gorak Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 Baggies Here is a cheaper source. Note that the prices are in Canadian dollars so they're even cheaper than they appear. Quote
