+Gary & Jane
Congratulations to The Wombles on finding their 200th cache. We see they did it in style by finding the entertaining Wildcat! If this wasn't impressive enough they've also placed 39 caches! We have to say that every one of The Wombles caches that we have done has been superb. Once again congratulations on your 200th and many thanks for placing such good caches. Gary & Jane Quote Link to comment

+djh
Well done Dave and Nicky and the Wombles, we met on our 5th cache a year ago tomorrow, Nicky stuck her head in a bush and said “Geocaching,” it was party their enthusiasm that encouraged us to find more caches. The Wombles have also placed lots of caches in very interesting places, so thanks a lot for all you have given the sport. “Much better to find a Womble cache than decorate the house.” DJH Quote Link to comment

+Nia
Very well done, and Wildcat is a great cache to make the 200 (its my favoutite) Placing 39 is very good as well, after a quick search we have to say we have not found any of your caches. So we are now planning a Womble weekend. Tech-no notice Quote Link to comment

+The Wombles
We've taken longer to hit this hundred than the first hundred (11 months instead of 7 months) which seems to be going against the majority. However, we've got an excuse we adopted three kids in September and that's changed our pace a little..... Fortunately, as Bill mentioned, the little Wombles love Geocaching and George (our 5 year old) even enjoyed the 5* terrain of Wildcat. We have enjoyed every cache that we've hit in the last 100, so thanks to everyone who has set them. But there have to be favourites (in the order that we hit them): Digging up the past - atmospheric location (Badbury rings) and novel container Stairway to Heaven - Fantastic building and interesting village Agglestone Rock - how on earth did it get there? The Devil & The Deep Blue Sea - just brillant views on a glorious day (and the Evens football goal, the last time we're likely to see it at this rate) Tyndale's view - spectacular views in Glocs Hey Dude where's my car (keys) - interesting location and great views Wildcat - an excellent challenge and really enjoyable 5/5 Another favorite was The Cat's Children in Need Fox Hunt, which turned up in Chippenham Service Station most unexpectedly - sorry for waking you up, Mark! We've been down green lanes in an Alfa Romeo (and got stuck), slid down hills on our backsides, Dave has been nearly to the waist in a pond (covered by leaves) and torn trousers and gone on to a work meeting (with the Director). We've met so many great people through this sport that we look forward to any contact, particularly the logs from people who have hit our caches. The kids are now settled and enjoying the hunt, so we're hoping to start travelling a little further and meet more new friends during the next hundred. We've also had a little celebration: we set another cache! Dave Quote Link to comment
MCL
very well done. I can't imagine ever getting there it seems so far off... No trees were harmed during the production of this posting, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.... Quote Link to comment
