+jarchiv Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 (edited) Hi, new tip for android app - add option in filters -> geocache types -> mystery/multi , check button "show map only solved" Edited November 28, 2018 by jarchiv 4 Quote
+Rikitan Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 Absolutely agree, this is very practical idea, needed by anyone who solved some mystery caches at home and gone out for the cache hunt, at least once. 1 Quote

Maybe a filter like the new search map where you can check the box "corrected coordinates". Quote
+noncentric Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Caches with solved coordinates do appear differently in the app, and website, than caches without solved coordinates. If a cache has solved coords, then the icon is a puzzle piece. It may not be a search filter, but it is still a visible indicator that makes it clear whether there are solved coords or not. If you see a question mark icon or an orange multi icon, then you'll know that the icon is at the cache's posted coords - and does not have solved coords entered. If you see a puzzle piece icon, then you'll know that you've entered solved coordinates for that cache. 1 Quote
+SpiritGuide Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Geooh Live will let you filter by cache icon on the map to show only caches with corrected coordinates that have the puzzle piece icon. 1 Quote

When you say "main app" then do you mean the Official Geocaching App from GS? The official app does show caches previously logged as DNF with a blue frowney face. Are you looking for something else? Geooh live has an icon that show if the previous geocacher logged a DNF. The icon is the second one in the picture under the multi icon. It would be nice if the official map had it so we could quickly know just by looking at the map if an area have harder to find/missing cache. 1 Quote
+jarchiv Posted March 25, 2019 Author Posted March 25, 2019 Yes, Geooh Live filters is OK. I need this filters for official app... Geooh Live will stop working May 1st -> http://geooh.com/messages/Geooh_Live_EOL.pdf Quote
+Aguila317 Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 Is there any way to save the filter when I've done "search this area", have unticked some of the cache types and have lowered the D/T levels? If I scroll to another area, I have to set the filters up again. I'm using the official Android App. Quote
+jarchiv Posted July 23, 2019 Author Posted July 23, 2019 ...filter for "museum items" is add, but filter for solved mystery/multi no ? Quote
+jarchiv Posted October 30, 2019 Author Posted October 30, 2019 (edited) Hi. Has a year passed, any shift/progress? I am sorry that the official application does not have such a filter and the user is forced to use other applications. Edited October 30, 2019 by jarchiv 1 Quote
+roxetak Posted November 8, 2019 Posted November 8, 2019 (edited) Hello. I think, that official Geocaching app from GS is for beginners. Is just good messaging application for me. And I use it sometimes to log geocaches, when I don't want use a computer. That's all. Edited November 8, 2019 by roxetak Add Quote

+jarchiv Posted September 23, 2020 Author Posted September 23, 2020 It's been 2 years and no progress. Isn't anyone missing such a filter yet? Quote
