Fivehead5
Me and a friend are working on a multi-cache, and need some micros. I had some plastic containers that would be perfect, but they got lost. I can't find anything else to use as a micro. Any suggestions? Quote Link to comment
+T.D.M.22
Google is your friend. There are many geocache stores, and many of them sell containers. They are usually listed by size. Bison tubes, bottle preforms, and such. Best part is you can buy them right there. Edited February 28, 2014 by T.D.M.22 Quote Link to comment

+cerberus1
Stages for a multi? Gotta agree with Lone.R, matchstick holders work great. - If it's just stages with coords, why a container? Dog tag-like things, similar to these rarely need maintenance. +T.D.M.22
Well since we're on that I've found these at Lee Valley Hardware-use a pen or screwdriver or something similar to engrave them. Edited February 28, 2014 by T.D.M.22 Quote Link to comment
+Bear and Ragged
Or, why not make a QTA stage (Question To Answer) by using a sign, or count something at/or seen from the coordinates? It's a lot cheaper, and usually requires a lot less maintenance! (And avoids proximity problems with other caches) Quote Link to comment

+TheWeatherWarrior
Bison tubes, bottle preforms, and such. Coghlan's matchstick containers WHAT.....that is a RIP OFF! Are you getting paid to advertise something that is 300% marked up? As much as I hate Wal-Mart, They sell for $1 each, not $3.04. Edited March 1, 2014 by TheWeatherWarrior Quote Link to comment

Yea, I found some better ones to use that aren't as pricy and don't require you to have a 25 buck purchase. Quote Link to comment

It might come a little later then I hoped, because I have to order the micros, and the snow coming soon won't help. It's going to be 3 stages, and is recommended at night for a lot more fun. Stealth will be required, and possibly some tree climbing. It should be a pretty cool cache. Don't forget to bring a flashlight though! Edited March 1, 2014 by Fivehead5 Quote Link to comment

When I did a google search for: Walmart Coghlan's match I got this (S13.75 reduced price!?) But yes, Walmart should have them for about $1 a piece. Quote Link to comment

+Yorkshire Yellow
One multi cache near where I am here in the southern UK uses what I know as wine glass charms - those cube shaped ones with numbers printed on them - attached to tree branches with cable ties. These are wooden ones, but you get the idea. Quote Link to comment
