+Stoka
Hi all, I got me some label paper (A4) with 10mm x 25.4mm peel offs on, can anyone recommend a decent label making software that is preferably free? Thanks! Quote Link to comment

+slukster
I use Microsoft Word. Just go to the mailings tab and select labels and there should be a drop down list of all the different brands/ types of labels. It will format the page for you. Quote Link to comment

+TreasureKid's
Avery has a free one on the website that works really well. I use it for a number of different things I print out and have never had a problem. Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
Just please don't use your label on a micro log and take up enough space for 5 handwritten logs. Also be aware that the adhesive may give out, and you label could peel off and get lost. If the CO reconciles the log, your signature will not be there. Quote Link to comment

They make the paper too stiff to roll properly, take up extra space and often fall off (gum dries out) May I suggest having a custom rubber stamp made? They can usually be done for about $7 + S&H Quote Link to comment
+Stoka
Don't worry I have no intention of using them in micros and only in fairly well sized log books. I normally don't like labels at all but I have a habit of either forgetting a pen or taking one that doesn't work. Thanks for the advise y'all! Quote Link to comment
