I have always been interested in planes and I have my grandfather's original 1943 aviators watch. There are 4 versions: satin silver satin gold antique silver (my version) antique gold There are 50 of each, the AS I will be trading and giving away, the three others will be at the Oakcoins booth at GCF. Coin is trackable with an icon. Edit to add: sorry for the bad mint photos. Edited September 15, 2010 by avroair Quote
YemonYime Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 (edited) Nice touch on the engine intake. Looks cool! Any significance to 9:51, other than the hands being at the standard "happy" position? BTW, if it was a minute earlier, you'd have 10 to 10 on the 10th! Bah, so much for my pinpoint analysis. Just noticed that I had the hands reversed! So it's actually 1:51. A little early for tea time, so there goes another theory. Edited September 15, 2010 by YemonYime Quote
+Vanelle Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 I'm drawn to all the details, and also appreciate that it's an updated design that still is true to the theme of your personals. Nicely done. Hope to see you at the Saturday night event for some trading. Quote
+JoenGPS Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 I hear Pilots get a discount Nice job on these Mark! Quote

+avroair Posted September 20, 2010 Author Posted September 20, 2010 Well, I gave away or traded all but a couple of the Aviators AS, and Oakcoins sold a bunch of the other three versions, we held back some for sale on geowag.com Quote
+Team kizb Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Great! Looking forward to being able to get one from Geoswag. Quote

+avroair Posted September 24, 2010 Author Posted September 24, 2010 Yep. Bought a couple of each version... the 50 AS were given to me in the split. 50 for me for free and the rest for Oakcoins (geoswag) to sell. Worked out well Quote
