+Bambography Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 if I've read the search page correctly we're about to reach the next big milestone for the UK, 30,000 active caches. Who'll get the honour of placing it this time? Will it be the Cache Hoppers again? Will it be me? (doubtful!) Quote
+Madyokel Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 So here's an afterthought.. On Monday I went on a caching trip in the dales with CCcooperagency http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=76...22-70ccf5276e0e Harrogate Hunters and http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=70...d2-bed23bea04c3 Both realy lovely people.. TO be honest we where doing scenic caches (but for the weather) of the dales.. Anyway.. Lyn before this trip had 23095 finds.. Hard to imagine that many caches.. And now we nearly hit 30000.... Wow time to put one out Quote

+sssss Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 now we just need to sort out the long term temporarily unavailable and make it 30000 really active caches Quote
+The Blorenges Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 ... and just to add a pleasing numerical symmetry, the cache owner has found precisely 300 caches. MrsB Quote

Deceangi Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 now we just need to sort out the long term temporarily unavailable and make it 30000 really active caches If your aware of a cache Disabled Long term. post a Needs Maintenance log to it, if that's ignored post a Needs Archiving Log to it. The cache owner should consider the Needs Archiving log as a last warning. Quote

Well that's us springing into action as we have one such cache near to our home which is driving us crazy - at least we can say that Deceangi told us to. Quote
