putting a hyperlink in the cache page hint?

I don't think you can put HTML in the Hint. I also agree that a website is not helpful in the woods. If the website is helpful I would put it in the description.

Neither of you have any inkling as to what purpose the link would have in the hint. To find this cache, you must've solved a complicated puzzle AHEAD of time........hardly as you bop around in the woods. Probably is not feasible to do what I had in mind anyway.

Why making a html link of it (which is not possible)?

If you enter the following as hint text:

http://www.geocaching.com

The encrypted result is:

uggc://jjj.trbpnpuvat.pbz

The only thing someone has to do is decrypte-copy-paste in a new browser window.

big deal...

Or put uggc://jjj.trbpnpuvat.pbz in to get www.geocaching.com without decrypting.
