moonpup
Not sure if anyone has posted about this case for the eTrex, but I like it... http://www.amazon.com/NEW-2007-E-Z-Grip-eT...124&sr=8-15 Quote Link to comment

Good question If you read the reviews it's a clamshell with a spring on it for tension. Plus I believe you also secure it with the lanyard. Funny, they don't mention that in the description. WITrailRider
I have a foarm case for my 76csx and its a molded canvas cloth and has a zipper all the way around. And the fit is like a well worn shoe. I think its the best case I have ever seen for a handheld device. Quote Link to comment
+embra
These look cool. I'll be keeping my eye out for other products they may come to make (I can't see that they're making the stuff I need just yet). Quote Link to comment
+Miragee
I'm interested in getting that case. Although I know the rubber band problem occurs frequently with the eTrexes, I think part of the problem with mine has been the Garmin neoprene case, which is not designed for the color eTrexes. I take the case off and on a lot to read the screen. That seems to put more upward pressure on the rubber band, probably exacerbating the problem. Quote Link to comment
passdump
Very interesting. Well worth checking out. You put it perfectly when you say "Sort of ugly, but cool at the same time" Quote Link to comment

+Indotguy
Regarding installation, I would intuit the Etrex is inserted through the E-Z-Grips screen opening. Quote Link to comment
+PinkAndBlue
Well, I pulled the trigger on this one. I'll let you all know how it works! Quote Link to comment

The photos show all the key areas of the case. If I had an eTrexC series this would be the case for me. Quote Link to comment
