+Chaotica_UK Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 How strange, did Stonefisks ROC dash & cache a few hours ago (GCZGMF) and here they are mentioned on the forum. Regrettably this one was Out of Bounds and presumably all locked up. ...and I did this one on Christmas Eve. Never really knew much about them until researching this cache. Quote

+Simply Paul Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 My brother already has one, but that sounds a cracker, so I let him know the details. It's a long way to go at short notice, but I think he might try to set up a telephone bid... Quote

+Bill D (wwh) Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 This virtual in the New Forest isn't an ROC post, but it's on similar lines. It's Ibsley WWII RDF Site, a second world war radio direction finding station. All that remains is a brick shell, but it's still an interesting place to visit in a beautiful lonely area. Quote
