+Bunya
Has anyone else noticed this? I have just obtained a Team Badger Geocoin. I left it on the table and my wife came past and glanced at it. She looked puzzled and then said “Why do those people have their heads bowed?”. It was my turn to look puzzled! Then I realised she was looking at the coin upside-down. I did the same and could see what she meant. It looks like two black-cloaked people bowing their heads to an obelisk with a gibbous moon overhead! Now I know there is a lunatic fringe who hear significant (and usually manipulative) words in backwards speech. I certainly don’t want to start the same thing in upside-down pictures! I just see it as an interesting case of the human mind’s ability (and, sometimes, determination) to extract meaning from abstract patterns. The trouble is, every time I look at the coin now, that’s ALL I see! (This is my first post and I don’t know how to add an upside-down picture of the coin. If anyone else wants do this, I’d be grateful.) Quote Link to comment
+Bunya
Thanks for adding the pictures. Now what am I going to do If no-one can see what I mean? Quote Link to comment
+GEO*Trailblazer 1
There are always at the least 2 faces on a coin. If you really want to get in depth. Who made the first coins? What were they for? Ponder that one. Quote Link to comment
+D@nim@l
Thanks for adding the pictures. Now what am I going to do If no-one can see what I mean? I see what you mean, it really does look like a dead badger when its upside down. Quote Link to comment

Captain Chaoss
LOL. Earlier this week I finished The Da Vinci Code , and now I'm sitting here watching "National Treasure" and came across this thread. Cool, now I'm gonna have to figure out what the dead badger / moon worshippers are trying to tell me ! Quote Link to comment
